Thanks for all the great info! A few more questions above! Just one more. Have to add the commands and “Finish” once you are logged into a MP server?

Never used the “Import F10 Menu” option. Could someone walk me thru how to set it up? Do I check the option for each mission or campaign or leave it checked all the time? Assuming then I need to create aliases etc. and run the “Finish” steps before entering the mission? Won’t I end up with a lot of unused commands when I stop flying a particular mission or end a campaign? If so, how to erase them? Also, How do I set up this option in MP? Thank for the Help!

OK, got everything going now except for the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shft+S to save, etc don't seem to work, do I have to be in VR?

I have been using the Updater since I started using DCS and love it. Eager for the update! I am a very basic user, launch DCS in VR or no VR; clean and/or repair; and updating. I have never used Presets and am curious how and for what they are used. I mostly play SP but plan to get in to MP soon. I use just 1 settings (graphics, sound, VR, etc) for every DCS session and just wondering what presets would do for me. Thanks!

Hi Andre, Just purchased a Buttkicker Gamer Plus to use with SSA and my JetPad. I downloaded the sound module and will be purchasing the paid version after test. I can’t seem to find how to set up the SSA software to work concurrently with the sound module. Can someone point me in the right direction? I find the sound module setup instructions but not for using with SSA. Also, do I need to run the sound module with the game as I do with SSA? Thank You

Going to attempt to set this up. Want to confirm that the “Destination Folder” should be the DCS install/root location and the “Path where to create Software Context home folder” can be anywhere but could be in DCS Saved Games?

The Way DCS This system reminds me of the current AV8B Harrier procedure for loading preplanned targets. Using the “mark label” button, targets are selected. I use voice attack to type in the target number in each point and also for the “transmit” RShft+RAlt+8 command to load in the aircraft. Would it be possible to create a keyboard command that would pull up “TheWay.exe” using voice attack in VR? (ie.create the shortcut and edit with custom keyboard command). Then use mouse control to run the App(similar to scratchpad). Just a thought……….

Hello, I’m new to OvGME so when I download this mod to the OvGME folder, how do I start the “loader.exe” program? Or does enabling the mod in OvGME handle that? Also, where do I install the “optional features”? Thanks

Still trying to clarify a couple of points regarding these latest changes: 1. When launching DCS from the shortcut “bin-mt\DCS.exe”, do we still need “—force_enable_VR” to run it in VR and do we still need “—force_OpenXR” as well? 2. When selecting OpenXR Tools for windows as the Runtime, and assuming I leave the Open Composite App on my computer, do I need to switch to Steam on the OC App (NOT using SteamVR) or will OC be bypassed when using “1” above to launch DCS?
