J-2061 finished

Finally I found the time to finish J-2115, the first machine of the complete re-do work. On one of the screens you also see J-2019 as comparison to the current skin pack.

I also create my own mix :-) Currently the mix contains files from Barthek's GTM 6.0 (most of the files but re-saved as DXT1 - reduces size by 50%), Starway's Caucasus 1.1 and one file from Barthek's GTM 3.0

Inspired by the great work of reflected and all the other texture artist I finally started work on complete re-do of my Swiss Air Force Skin Pack. With the new version I will also split my work into smaller Skin Packs: Early schemes (contains J-900, J-901 & J-902, J-2003) Late schemes (contains J-2019, J-2061, J-2064, J-2076, J-2113 & J-2115) Camouflage trials (contains J-2067 & J-2112) Another change will be that all skins will be made for the P-51D and the TF-51D. In real life only J-2115 was a TF-51D but I think the community without the P-51D module will have their fun with it :thumbup: Here is a low-quality WIP shot. Good comparison of old rear part against new front part...

A new map (lot's of redundant files) for just a few changed texture files? A no-go for me (and my hard drive as well). Other solution: ED buys Starways files and include them into default DCS... Anyway: I'll stay with Bartheks textures :thumbup: Autumn will be released soon

It would be interesting to hear a word from Starway himself how he will continue or how long he want's to think about it ;-)

Great to hear... In fact you replaced the sound mod of diveplane I was using (and this means alot ;-)) I don't know if this is real in a UH-1H but I miss does spark plugs when starting the engine. Any chance I can get those back?
