So what do you need with ailerons. That's what Stabilators are for. The point is it will fly in that configuration quite well. Fundamentals of flight man.. Tomcat doesn't have ailerons at all.. and it flys very well. I wish everyone would stop calling them elevons though... Elevons are what is on the back of delta wing aircraft with no tail.. ex. Mirage 2000c those are elevons.. The Hornet has Stabilators as does the Tomcat, F16, F15....etc.

It's a perfectly valid question. I was going to ask this very question before this thread was placed. The IFLOLS is a bit dim, But it's not way off. A little bit of a brightness adjustment is warranted and would be appreciated. :) Examples

Hey there folks, So, the runway and airfield lighting has gotten very dim of late.. The night environment itself is amazing now and I'm very thankful for that. Which makes me want to fly more at night.. However, the airfield lights do several things that really prevent this at least from a visual standpoint. First of all they're extremely dim compared to how they should be. This is on NTTR as well although its better there. Secondly they disappear when your more than a few miles outside of the airfield. I didn't see any threads on this so I figured I'd start one. I can post screenshots if needed but really the only way I've found to fly at night and do visual approaches is to fly during a full moon and pick up the runway lights a couple miles out and squint at them. :megalol::megalol:

Those are all supers.. Different equipment different aircraft.. Not saying your wrong but may want to back it up with footage of the C model

Ok, so just because an update isn't good enough for you...Doesn't mean its not an update.... Obviously your not satisfied with reading the information, which you obviously did not understand it because it's not what they want in the tomcat it's what is already there... If you don't like how they do business then don't buy it, nobody is forcing anyone to buy anything. If you ask me the amount of impatience in this community is staggering. Everyone begs for proper aircraft and if something with the aircraft isn't perfect at early access, the devs get thrashed for it... But at the same time you people keep complaining "It's been 3 years" Really ?? Obviously, you cannot have fast, and good.. it's one or the other...

So....why are you guys quoting 30 days, and 90 days as when its coming to early access ? Because Cobra said that within 90 days they plan to be within "touching distance" of early access.. you guys keep spreading false hype. Wait for the real hype...

So...Maybe your not quite understanding that the Stennis module and the Hornet module are separate products with their own development times. The carrier we will be getting with the Hornet is free of charge. The stuff your wanting was never going to be included with the hornet. The rest of it such as animated deck crew, hangar decks etc, was said to be in a paid upgrade to the Stennis later down the road.

Hosting a MP server, Every time I use "change mission" or the mission ends and it goes to the next one DCS will shut down completely, no crash just an immediate shut down of the client. No crash logs that I can see. Repeated on multiple PC's Thanks !
