Bold Cheetah - A 13 Mission DCS F/A-18 Campaign by Sedlo
Kurnass1977 replied to Sedlo's topic in Missions and Campaigns
@Sedlo I've restarted your beautiful Campaign; just finished M01 and what a blast! The voice lines, situation ecc... all look super To be sure that the old version I've installed don't was messed up, yesterday re-downloaded and installed the Campaign; assaid played M01 and all work flawlessy except for an issue during the recovery, as a pair of Tomcat are stuck on the deck. I landed succesfuly but the deck crew was unable to marshall me to the parking slot. I don't know if was already signalled or existing but this is. Anyway cannot wait for M02 P.S. I don't know how many time I played you OIR missions for both the Hornet and Harrier, hope to see more from you very soon THANKS for ALL!!!- 415 replies

Sorry, make a bit confusion...I will post a picture but is covered by copyright and when I've removed the image for sure put something else, such a dumb Can post a shot of my model instead, the Sparrow colors were inspired by the photo I can't upload
-
I've many pics pf IAF Eagles ( Baz) with the AiM-7s body assembled in white/grey colors, principally from the mid 80s-early 90s, think the same for USAF birds

Oh well, will wait...
-
And will be great for a Harrier too, but...

I take the screenshot yesterday but don't attached to my previous message simply because I'm dumb...

Don't want hijack the thread, but @Nix Mills I've just improved to 90, can you confirm that the 10 point missed are for the AS wingman crash ? In the screenshot I see that both the "RoE" and "Communication procedure" have missing point, can be tha cause? ( If yes for the latters I've a souspicius of what can be) Or there're other missing triggers by my part? BTW I received the mission failed message when the wingie shout " Eject eject" but decided to finish the mission anyway

Mission 6 impossible to pass
Kurnass1977 replied to Kurnass1977's topic in AV-8B Hormuz Freedom Campaign
@SorelRo any news for the incoming patch about the updated missons? I'm boiling out to continue the Campaign... Thx -
I've already reported the same issues as cannot score more of 85/87... https://forum.dcs.world/topic/370942-mission-3-aar-again/#comment-5628193 Waiting for the patch as stated by Nix Mills in the linked thread, my ego cannot accept a similar score. About the trucks in one try ( scored 87) I eliminated the whole convoy by myself and communicate via F10 only after the last truck blowed up. Also , as stated also by you, Iìm a bit confused about the tanker altitude and if ( as I've done) is allowed to take some ingress gas as the convoy need some srtafing passes to be succesful

Stupid question but...

Thx! I know that both Squadron were Superbug entity, but I like a lot that appropriate skins were created instead of some other solutions ( use F-14,ecc...) Repeat, is surely my rivets counter-modeller mindset that prompt to ask... Thanks again -
Also you can use the F10 menu, I used this and not the standard call for the wingman and always worked

Mission 6 impossible to pass

Thanks for you efforts, more than appreciated! -
Hope all can be solved, but I'm quite skeptical... Well, if all go for the worst, as I've stated in the dispute thread, this will be the chance to learn another module ( I own the F-14 and I've no more of 1/2 hour on the logbook...) this said, lose the Harrier will be really sad, maybe someone else will develope another version, maybe the Plus!

...Is there a reason for which the other two VFAs in the Campaign have not National markings on the fuselage? Think is my mind of plastic kit builder that talk for me...:)

Noted same things: the wingy AAR issue and the Case III call, but don't remember exactly if in igressing pr ( more likely) egressing the target area

RAZBAM Situation Post Archive (will be deleted)
Kurnass1977 replied to Rhinozherous's topic in RAZBAM
My first time comment in this querelle, and wow, is already a year that started...I'm pretty sorry for the last statement by Zambrano, obviously. I own only the Harrier and I'm really interested in other RZ modules but with this situation I'll wait to buy one at least until an official and definitive statement by RB or ED. This said, if the thing will go for the worst ( as RB want to sublty imply with his latest social post) well, as anyone else I'll be decisely sorry for eventually lost a pretty fun product but this don't will stop me continuing "fly" DCS or bought other modules...maybe this can be the thrust to start learn the alreadt own F-14... -
Thanks to you and glad to be helpful in some way. But please can you explain the three lines without score in the previous screenshot because: - I'm sure to adhered to the corridors/altitude rules, AAR excluded -followed the communocation and responded to all prompts -followed the ROE ( but the debrief in the image is relative to my try when replaced a tank with a LGB ) Thanks again
-
Here a screenshot of the debrief, I'm sure to have followed all the command prompted on screen, my only doubt is about the AAR legs both in ingress and egress, can you confirm please? By what I can see the final score will be 95 and not 85 right?
-
Currently in this mission and,as expected, I love the Campaign. But don't understood the scoring system, as I obtained a poor score of 87 and 85 in my two try; pretty sure to had followed both departure and recovery procedures, adhered to the flight route and altitude and hit the targets. The BDA stated primary target(s) partially hit ( is designed for this result or not?) so in my second attempt replaced a fuel tank with a GBU-16 just in case some JDAMs missed somethings but following the bombs path via F6 all four strucked the intended targets and use the LGB and gun to complete the secon task ( no spoiler). But after landing the score was quite low...in the second attempt scored even less despite completely destroyed the secondary targets. In all attempts both me and the wingy topped off some gas before entering the kill box and used the JDAMs in PP mode expended in a single pass ( in TOO mode the bombs are way less accurate), don't know if this is a factor Any tips?
