Personally I use VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) for video editing and encoding with Xvid codec (http://www.xvid.org/). Both are free. You can get nice movies with decent quality. Just load your AVI file to virtualdub, in video options set up compression to xvid, save it and you are ready to upload.

I've got Flanker 1.5 and Flanker 2.0. Boxes, instructions ect. One of those even had Crimea map if i remember correctly. Ah- playing flanker 1.5: Su-27 vs 3 AI Su-27 guns only with radio playing in the background... Good days:) Got in love with Flanker after playing the demo.

I've changed axis settings to non linear (15%) and now (after some training) hovering is way better. Still i need a lot more time behind the stick to get it right :) 1qkmuiYgHKE

BTW In new 6DOF cockpits it's better to change TIR Z axis from ZOOM to normal head movement (at least for me).

FC1 is not needed- you only need to have LOMAC installed. After FC3 installation you can safely uninstall LOMAC.

I'm downloading via torrent DCS World and those modules that are already up (A-10C and Ka-50). What's quite interesting is the change in size of modules for example: A-10 1.2.3- 320 MB, A-10 1.2.4- 1.05 GB.

No autoupdate for me at the moment.

It was full sim mode:) It was her third or forth flight and first sucessful landing (around 40 min of total flight time). Landing was almost good- I've just forgot what was the key command for drag chute, so she stopped on grass. You should hear me yelling "press left control P! Nothing! Ok, ok so right control P! Nothing..." I was so busy giving her directions that I've almost forgot to drop down my landing gear:P
