Hello, if it's okay I would like to take this opportunity to let you know again that we the "CHECKMATES", a German DCS squadron are currently flying this campaign. Last night we successfully completed Mission 13 SCRAP VALLEY. The enemy tanks are all destroyed. Next mission: 13.02.2025 20:15 #14 ALERT FIVE On average, there are always about 5 pilots flying the mission. If you feel like joining us. (But we speak German, that should be clear^^) Thx

Hm i spend since 2021 around 1200€... So, i can pay all the stuff. That´s not the problem. But i can see a lot more who are no longer prepared to pay these prices. Because there are more and more people who do without it and opinions are growing that the prices are too high. And the willingness to buy new cards would be higher if the prices were halved. Take a look online and see how many players are on Afghanistan? Or Kola? Or SA....
-
As far as I can see, the price on Steam hasn't changed... So sorry, don't be angry ED... but I'm not paying another 70€ seventy EURO what a sum (even a AAA game sometimes costs less) for this card. Has there ever been a discussion about the pricing policy of the maps? I'm ready for it, because the prices for the maps are way too high. Way too high! With every additional map, the community, which is shrinking rather than growing, is split even further. See Afghanistan... I now know more people who don't have this map than own it, the same will happen with Iraq! The maps are clearly too expensive.

The sale price on Steam 66,63€ doesn't seem to be correct, does it?

Have I missed any information on this? Has it already been reported? Is it known? Or does it simply not matter?

Is there anything known about the fact that the objects, especially houses and objects, only become visible relatively late in the TGP? Yesterday I noticed for the first time that even at a distance of 10 miles and an altitude of about 20,000 feet the objects, the representation of a small village is not displayed. Only from a distance of approx. 5-7 miles can you see the structures via the TGP? This is not the case on other maps! The image sequence shows the same area on the ground at distances of 35, 25, 15 and 7 miles. From 7 miles you can see everything on the ground. I don't think it can be due to my settings.

Ah okay, I didn't know that because the Mirage F1 changelog is only visible in the English “Changelog”. Then I take everything back and thank you for the hint! See here is the german changelog: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/de/news/changelog/stable/2.9.7.58923/v And here the englisch changelog: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/changelog/stable/2.9.7.58923/ And I was really wondering why it was taking so long...

I am very curious whether we will soon be able to use the AUF2 GBU12 after approx. 75 days. I really like the game. But waiting for small bugs to be fixed takes an incredibly long time here...
-
Congrats to the Winner! But! Just my opinion. There are so many better ones than the winning picture? There's no need to spend time on a perfect shot when it's obviously enough to see an F18 take off on an aircraft carrier as seen 1000 times before.... + and also shows poorly resolved clouds...?! Personally, I don't care who won, I'm just a bit critical of those who “really” made an effort to create a nice screenshot without post-processing. There were plenty of them in this competition! Cheers

HUEY bugy rocket pods.trk It seems as if the unguided missiles of the Huey always shoot north under certain conditions. But this only applies to the XM158 Rocket Pod!

I noticed when I was sitting in the AH64D and a CH47 passed me (taxiway) that my FPS dropped to 1-2FPS for about 20 seconds

Who is this ominous third party? I've had enough of these third party developers. First Razbam, now Oneretech. And yes, it stinks that it's actually UGRA. That brings us to the next third party developer... Give us back what WE paid for! This is a scam and you know it. Thanks -
