Not that i'm aware of.. And i'm suspecting that the hack wasn't directed at our squadron directly, but against the server that hosts the site, as other pages from that server were hacked aswell. But still, i'd absolutely love to meet the person behind the hacks in person.

There is a way to edit lomac so that it will load the low (or whatever scenes you select) no matter what the server settings. As for the rest of your problems, each HL server is run by a squadron, and most squadrons usually go for the "full real" settings. If there's enough intrest, we could run some beginner days once we get the new server up&running..

As far as i know, there isn't a way to have the carrier lights shown correctly (i assume you mean the landing signal lights?)

It certainly would be an interesting concept. However, i'd like the emphasis to be purely on air operations. First of all, it would take even more resources from ED to develop a realistic ground war simulation. Also, how this would work in multiplayer. who would want to be sitting in a tank when there's a Ka-50 or Apache headed towards him..:)

Let the people who you give the password know the direct IP adress? :) Or use closed mission in HL, but i assume that everyone must join as the session is started, and cannot join anymore as the session is already running.

So it IS a matter of opinion afterall? So some people like A2G instead of A2A, which has even studies to prove that it is more interesting..i mean it is more dynamic and requires constant training. Multirole, baby. When you set up a server from lomac network screen, you can specify a password there when hosting.

The Alan R. Wise version, i think it's based on the German 29A manuals, so there might be stuff missing from it..

There's likely something wrong with the strucctable.sht, as i had a similiar problem, which was solved by replacing the original strucctable.sht with the one included in the pack, even though i thought i had edited the original correctly..

And have you ever studied the performance graphs of the Eagle? The flight envelopes and acceleration information isn't just guesswork, it's real, tested data of the real aircraft. And no, they don't fit special engines to reach those results.
