Some modules have a problem; if you name the cockpit name (i.e.) in the "...\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\AV8BNA-CPT\bla-bla\", DCS won't recognize the bla-bla name, but if you name it "default", then problem will be solved. But because of this trick you can make your mod work but now there may be collision with other mod authors who may name their mod same as yours: "default". I don't know maybe devs or ED already have fixed this problem. Need to check it. So, long story short, name the mod folder: "default".

No there's not a physical button in the cockpit. I don't know the reason but, if you're exporting DDI display to a external screen, you need to turn them on by pressing a key on your keyboard. You can find the keycommands in keyboard keycommand list (Options > Controllers etc.)

I think that you don't need to make the whole mission "from scratch." Just disable the failure thing.

Could you please check your game's options (or mission options) that if the "Random Failures" is enabled or not.

You got hit into avionics/electronic bay or compartment (lower part of the cockpits) and as Admiki's post, the engine governor (that automatically adjusts many things for you) was out. You could push the throttle all the way forward (now you switched to manual mode) and then pull back for adjusting the RPM.

There's a keycommand to disable envelope icon completely. I couldn't recall it. Maybe it was CTRL SHIFT Y or something. It's there. Look at controls page.

Honestly, no. I want a question; I'm currently using ReShade for color correction on DCS. Is it possible use two effects in the same time?

Thanks @Foka I tried brightness command addition in monitor lua but then DCS will completely stop seeing monitor lua file.
