  1. Also used that tape for my "Day One" mission. But I have edited the soundfile that there are now more than one enemy direction from the smoke :D
  2. A trigger condition like "aircraft type in zone" would be also nice. Like: "Ka-50, red coaltion, in zone" :)
  3. Mit Starten meinte ich eigtl. das Spawnen auf dem Flugzeugträger. Das geht eigtl. schon seit BS2, aber man hat weder eine Groundcrew, noch können mehrere Clients auf einem Träger spawnen. Also ziemlich... unausgereift ;) Bei entsprechendem Gegenwind geht das. Gibts auch auf Youtube sicher das ein oder andere Video. :)

  5. Ja, spätestens seit der Ankündigung des "Start-vom -Flugzeugträger"-Features für BS2 wäre ich bei solchen PR-Formulierungen etwas skeptischer ;-)
  6. BS1 ist viellicht nicht bugfrei, aber bezüglich Stabilität ist es BS2/A10C deutlich überlegen. Hoffe mit DCS World findet ED wieder zur alten Stärke. Das war aber vorher schon alles bekannt. U.a. ist das auch ein Grund, warum ich um die P51 einen Bogen mache. (DCS Mig21 ftw! :pilotfly:) Hatte? Mittlerweile mehr denn je. :D

  8. :D Avionics on DCS level or rather on FC2/3 level? :thumbup: But is a two seater already possible for 3rd party devs?
  9. Some suggestions (maybe not new ones): A new trigger action like "trigger-loop". E.g. I have created a scenario where enemy units engaging a friendly position. Friendlies call for CAS, I do my job and everything is fine. Then I would set a trigger that says "in x minutes/hours/days" restart this scenario from trigger "y". So "same" enemy units would spawn again and they would engage same position etc. But maybe this time we will lose our friendlies then i could set triggers for some reinforcements. If also reinforcments fail I could set a new trigger-loop and reinforments will spawn again in time x. IMO this would make missions more dynamic. If you continue to think, with such a trigger-loop function we could place all over the map tasks/situations like this (and for sure more complex ones) but this time it wouldnt be so static or it would not depend only on random triggers how the "battlefield" develops. If such a trigger-loop could be implemented it would "only" require that also destroyed units (or clones?) can be activated again. (and if we could get a (quick)save function it would not far from a dynamic-like CAS campaign. ;)
  10. Hm, ED could provide BS2-upgrade owners with a BS2 "full" key if they type in their old BS1 key somewhere on ED homepage.
  11. I think BS1 has to be installed because afaik FC3 installation will also require lockon.
  12. +1 ED could just copy&paste the pilotpit for the WSO-part (almost). For SP there is no need for a F-16D/18D. But for multiplayer it would be a opportunity for great combat/training-missions. AFAIK there is no single seat combat helo left. But IMO AI isnt a big problem. It seems that SP-guys can also live with the Ka-50 wingman AI. Also for SP there could be a ingame "switch-to-WSO/Pilot" option implemented. So if AI-WSO does not want to engage targets you can do the part. It would be like an advanced hover/route mode. :joystick:

  15. Es wurde angekündigt, dass es auf einer (Wunsch/Todo-)Liste steht. Erscheinungsdatum vielleicht so 2 weeks nach dem nächsten western jet? ;) Naja, jedenfalls wäre es, wenn auch ein sehr kleiner Schritt, wenn man künftig einen Server mit DCS-World modulunabhängig laufen lassen könnte, was derzeit wohl nicht möglich ist...

  17. Werden nicht die Koordinaten des Mauscursers auf der F10-Map angezeigt? (oder ist das nur im Missieditor so?) Könnte man nicht einen Wegpunkt der Su-25 direkt aufs Bullseye setzen, dann hätte man einen gemeinsamen Ausgangspunkt.
  18. Hm, wird DCS-World multilingual sein? Falls ja, könnte es ja nicht soo lange dauern.
  19. They are wrong. :) Iirc Hawg2 should ask the tanker 3x in a row for rejoin while Hawg1 should do nothing (log out only once)

  21. Hm. We had every day a servercrash/multipleclientcrashes/both after about +-2hrs mission time. Most of the time the servers were public. And it wasnt always the same mission running. (maybe thats the difference?)
  22. Hm. how many Ka-50 and A-10C clients are flying on it? Which missions? Open for public? No crashes on mapchange?
  23. We had three 24/7 servers online in january. 2 are offline now and 1 is still running but not with DCS. Too many server and client crashes.
