    F-15E?

No drama guys... just my observation based on quite a few years of being a DCS fan. I'm "Just saying" LN will produce an A/G radar well before ED. So calm down, take a few breaths...

    F-15E?

Put your faith in LN with respect to an A/G radar. I'm thinking ED has decided an A/G radar is very low priority which is why they have been "working on it" for years. Might be lucky to see it in 3-4 weeks. :music_whistling:
  3. I'm with T A. I have no problem binding my controls as well. However, I generally redo my controls from scratch after each update with beta modules. Only issue is the gear toggle (already reported) and the missing parking brake toggle.
  4. Might have something to do with this new bug. http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2738379&postcount=1554
  5. 9 if you count the Bar scans as well...
  6. Seemed pretty clear to me. The use of profanity in the title is inappropriate.
  7. Hmmm.... April fools day is well over. Trolling perhaps?
  8. Nice. Can you give us an update with respect to the bullseye readout?
  9. As much as I enjoy the different aircraft I have to wonder if everyone will just be flying the F-18C which can do it all and very well at that. It will certainly be released before any of the others so will have a considerable head start in establishing it's premier position in Naval Aviation. Obviously the multi-crew enthusiasts will still gravitate to the A-6 and F-14 but the A-7 will be sidelined I think. So, A-6 before A-7 makes sense. Just my thoughts... could easily be proved wrong.
  10. Might take that long to get a dynamic campaign system so you could be right... :music_whistling: It's been ten years and we may get the A/G radar soon.
  11. I agree it's not the most beautiful plane but I still love it. First aircraft I did live fire FAC with, ah the memories.
  12. When I tune my Slew control I set it to; Joy_x...... Deadzone 5 Saturation Y 60 Joy_y...... Deadzone 5 Saturation Y 60 No change to Saturation X (stays at 100). Curve is 0 If it's too slow change the Sat Y to 70, to fast try 50...
  13. I find this as well. Better than it was (or I'm getting use to it) but still a bit disconcerting to suddenly swerve off to the right or left even at fairly low speed. I'm using "W" key to ensure even braking rather than my toe brakes.
  14. What GGTharos said. I tried it once... Terrible. I have to use one of the hats.
  15. Niiiice... Man you work fast Zeus. Looking forward to the TDC axis.
  16. Yup, this where not having a rotary on my Warthog is going to suck a bit. I'll just move the setup for radar I use in BMS (F-16) over, at least I'm use to it.
  17. @GGTharos, Interesting, perhaps a symbol on the HUD or radar display? Any idea what it maybe? I could see that this would be good to know so you can orient the aircraft along the track to assist in re-acquiring perhaps.
  18. I like NVG's for formation flying at night. Handy for WVR fights as well.
  19. I guess the fuze settings are too long, probably preset on the ground by the ground crew. We need to know what it is and if it can be changed in the mission editor.
  20. Not necessarily. A 12 degree scan will take much longer to complete and it's possible to miss or lose a contact. Certainly if you have no idea where your enemy is then a larger scan would be advisable.

    Radar Azimuth?

I second your bet. No 1 makes the most sense to me as well.
  22. I agree with Yoyo regarding braking. I gave up using the toe brakes on my pedals and assigned a HOTAS key to the W key for brakes. Still have to be careful braking but the perfectly equal brake pressure using the W key helps a lot.

    Radar Azimuth?

Perfect. Thank you for the table Azrayen, explains it well.

    Radar Azimuth?

No hurry Zeus, just sorting it out for future use. When you are ready...

    Radar Azimuth?

He said that azimuth is automatic and cited the three scan widths as the left/right capability of the radar. My understanding is that you can also adjust the cone search further left or right (perhaps 15 up to 30 deg IDK) and still maintain the standard 60 deg automatic search. For example, you can cover more sky if you have your wingman search left while you search right which would increase your search area and overlap on your heading. Hope I explained that a bit better or perhaps I'm misunderstanding Azrayen.
