I didn't spot anything in your logs as an error. Have you tried deleting the saved games folder so the software can recreate it upon the next start up of the sim?
-
Use the updater in the start menu of DCS 1.2.7 And you do need the 1.2.8 ver. of FC3 for DCS World.
-
Restarting the PC will get rid of anything in your "Cache" folder also. This sounds like full cache (Among Others). I used to have this issue with earlier ver. of the Software, I would just restart the PC before I started the Sim. back then. a couple of other titles gave me this issue come to think of it.

Have you tried going back and forth with your graphics driver till you find a sweet spot?

A10-C on 3 23" monitor setup with a GTX 660 would run fine?

BaD CrC do you have any youtube videos of this monster in action? Would love to see DCS on your setup. -
Absolutely Correct Toolboy77. Headspace has some great youtube videos on JTAC and the TGT Pod. a must view for newbees in DCS.

You don't want to update to the 1.2.8 ver? I am having no issue with it on my PC. You do have DX9 Installed don't you? I see it running DX11. You didn't cancel the DX9 install because you had DX11 already did you? If so you need to install DX9 for this software. The are separate applications that run software in a different way.

GAME MODE AND INVULNERABLE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO LEARN FAST. This is not logical. No one wants the frustration of starting over and over after being killed 9 times in the same spot, till you figure out that you need to duck at just the right time. In game mode you watch the track after your mission and see what mistakes you've made. Missile avoidance is best learned by watching what happened when you try what ever evasive tactics you wish. Then see if it works if not use another method but restarting the software every time you want to learn something is just not logical. Especially if the reason for restarting the Sim. (9 times) is just to say "I play on Sim. Mode". Sure some high school kid will think this is "Cool" but He will be for ever learning "Hands On". Realizing that Psychologists have studied and concluded there are 2 ways to learn "Mental" and "Physical". So those Physical learners need game mode. It doesn't mean they are less capable than others. Just logical enough to realize restarting the sim every time they aren't successfully avoiding a Sam is time consuming and unnecessary if your goal is to lean to play the sim. What others think about this learning method? would be interesting topic on new members learning methodology.

Run Microsoft Security Essentials do a full scan. Have you downloaded a "Task Bar" add on? or noticed one that you did not want added? most likely something is running in the back ground taking focus away from DCS.

Whoe!!! Not good. I am down to like 29.7Gigs on my SSD. Guess it's time to update to something more robust.

Has to be a coincidence. Software hasn't been able to Blue Screen sense Bill Gates' TV Demo. yrs. ago. embarrassed him on Live TV. This is a hardware issue that just happens while playing DCS. Is this a newly built system? I had a screw fall behind my Mother Board yrs. back and this would happen. Also had a Bad USB on Mother Board that did the same thing.

It isn't recommended but I dropped the Aircraft folder into my new install of 1.2.8 from my 1.2.7 install just to save time on downloading and it worked just fine. The only reason to not recommend this is the "Unknown" but as I said it works fine for me. The files are after all the same. Once transferred the files were seen by the install program and set up my new purchase of FC3 without fail. Mods Aircraft Folder is the same in all ver. of DCS. as you purchase modules of different aircraft.

That would be cool! Imagine flying through satellite created imagery of what ever campaign you want in what ever country. generated by actual real time satellite images of that area in real time. We could go help the Ukrainians or Bomb the Halibut out of N.Korea, I would love to send ML a JDAM for Easter.

You have to love free Advertisement. Adds to our genre and more people in the community is a good thing too. By the bye. Here is the link http://www.pcpilot.net/

Absolutely Gripping Story. Well written by a guy who is as humble as they come. I get turned off by the arrogant pilots who write their yarns so that they seem larger than life.

What ver. of the Sim. are you talking about? 1.2.7 or 1.2.8? Beta?

He is on third base in the baseball field. Ok can't really see him:) What city is this? It is a very good Photo Professional image, nice job.

Thanx Wolf. I guess I am just having so much fun with the Sim. I just can't see what other see as flaws. I ask no more than what has been offered to me. I even like the limitation that add to the complicated flight "Missions and Tactics" wise. Having trouble seeing my wingmen as the flights that left for Iraq did IRL. gets me pumped to continue playing this great "Work of Art" DCS has allowed me to purchase. I feel privileged and blessed to be able to afford and find time to use this title. How can I ask this small group of guys to even attempt to model their offering like a "Major Corporation" (referencing other complaints not this one) and ask them to forgive anyone who does. Ask not what this Sim. can do for you. Ask what it has already done.

Guys you are going Way to Far with this. My point is with the Tech. limits of our genre and their devices used to represent such, We can only enjoy a "Glass half full" mentality or we are desiring Technology of the future as things are they do fall short. So as things are in the GPU and Monitor Technological World we are limited to things as they are until progress is made. So I equate it to the "Glass being Half Full" not "Empty".

Guys Spotting Targets has been a problem for Humans sense Jet Fighting was created. Read A10s Over Kosovo and how they needed Binoculars to see anything down there. Even the Facs in Vietnam had to have Binocs. This isn't a fault of the Sim. it is a Human Fault we all live with. Changing things wouldn't make the Sim. Immersive, it would take away the integrity that DCS hoped you would consider a "Must Have" when deciding on a Sim. to purchase. I guess is everyone does it, it would become the norm. Something I hope will not happen. Speaking for myself of course. But maybe an option in a latter ver. of this great and immersive Sim. we all know and love. NateIRL Hop in here Man. I remember you talking about this subject back a few yrs. ago.

New nVidia 337.50 Beta driver - free up CPU overhead
AtaliaA1 replied to K2mil's topic in Community News
Test it without the overclock tweaks. -
@Cry not liking his download speed. Take a laptop to a public WiFi establishment. If you are friends with your local PC repair shop most have T1 lines, even if not they may do you a favor? customer satisfaction or a potential DCS Customer if you can convenes them to get the Sim.

Are you sure that isn't a heat issue? -
