A long press of the Master Mode Control Button draws the layout of the Air-to-Air mode on the HUD, irrespective of the aircraft's current configuration (no power, IFFCC turned off or both off, after engine flameout with no other power sources selected or on the ground). I used the stock "Free Flight - Ramp Start" mission, but it happens in any. At the very beginning, you can see the "Note" alert flashing at the bottom of the HUD, I was able to clear that with the TMS left. You can set the mentioned heading by turning the knob on the lower right of the HSI; it's called the Course Set Knob. The DCS Flight Manual has a labelled image of it on page 114 (arrow No. 11 in that image). Edit: Gaah, I spend more than 11 min looking that up? Too slow I'd say. Lan is not really possible for me Endy. It sets the upload to 10 Mb/s, but I only have a fraction of that at my disposal. Anything else seriously angers the other students in my dorm, even if it is for brief periods of time. But as I wrote, for me, it made no difference anyways. Crashes all the time with any settings. Attached are my log files. Beware, there are dublicates in there (.log.old, I haven't sorted them). EDIT: Here are the logs. Hope that helps, Super-

Well these settings have NO influence - I tried all of them after the initial two with LAN set. I'm clueless on what caused the problems... Super-

I had repeated disconnects from the server today. Net settings did not affect the stability. Most causes were "Connection Interrupted", usually 1-3 minutes after connecting. I backed up the log files and will look into them tomorrow. Sorry! Super-

Weekdays during the day depends on the members' availability. Some work strange hours/days and have e. g. Mon/Tue or Fri/Sat off and can fly then. I don't want to generalize that because I didn't notice a pattern there yet. In the evening, there's def more activity.
