  1. Problem moved to new thread to EP-13 Sight scene function wrong
  2. Have found that the sight functioning has 2 of 3 functions reversed, and 1 of 3 appears to have no function at all. Acording to page 319 of the manual: As it coded now: A0: White on Black A1: White on Black A2: Black on White 1st of all the order operation is reversed. WoB>BoW instead of BoW>WoB. The automatic mode seemingly has no function.

  4. I did that and I got nothing but a blank window for the shipping .exe and Home opened up as usual.
  5. Can you discuss the development, or lack there of, and VR support for CA. Seems a relative question with the recent release of Combined Arms Campaign. Seems disingenuous to release DLC for a product that hasn't seen a front burner for a very long time. Will there be movement?

  7. What happened to the support for VR? How are you supposed to jump from A/C your playing in VR to a tank in 2d.
  8. It sucks in VR. It sucks as RTS. It sucks as Module. The RTS functionality, what functionality exist, could have been rolled into DCSW for all it's worth. Highly disappointed. I bought it when it first came out and it literally has improved by the most minuscule amount that can objectively be observed. Why are they not supporting VR? I think this deserves answer from the developer/producer.
  9. Home opens as usual after start the .exe as Admin. So I don't get it either.
  10. I got black on white, and white on black. Awesome. Everything seems to be working for me. procedure: Weapon select RB-75 Radar Nav Unsafe Safety switch A0 Black on Whits, A1 White on Black, A2 Auto Slew EP-13 retical while holding fix trigger to 1st detent Lock target with fix trigger to TV Fire and return Safety switch to safe before attempting next lock Hope that helps.
  11. You may have to invert axis as well.
  12. CW and CCW commands for AAP Page Select and AAP Steer Point Select rotaries are missing. With the addition of these CW and CCW commands for each of the rotary switches would require the player map 4 button presses as opposed to 7 as is. Please consider this for the next time the A10C gets an update.

Altimeter Pressure Radio Channels Brightness of lights and displays Radio Volumes ADI adjustment Sight Adjustments NVG Brightness and Gain HUD Brighness if available Almost anything I can map an encoder to. Most game encoders I have mapped to 4 way hats. Especially ones that require a good turn of the head to see. Bad back. That's why it's so important to have CW and CCW keyboard commands fo encoders and rotary switches.

  15. +1 I noticed that too. After starting the initial roll from parking, you have to turn onto the taxiway. If you go right you'll get all the way to the Runway wjth maybe a "Slow Down" message. If you go left, it will let you get down the taxiway to the first right turn and you get a message telling you to turn right. Then you get a message telling you to turn left. There is no left turn to make. After that it's broke as shit. I'm gonna try again tonight and post a track. System keeps crashing, so haven't been able to check this.
  16. What do you care what people do? I'm interested in the tactical aspects of drone warefare. I'd prefer an non-armed version for the JTAC value it brings.
  17. In lieu of full fidelity model, I'd like to see an autonomous platform that can have sensors controlled, but vehicle control would be via way point, task, security stance assignment. There was a Mod for ArmA that gave the user an iPad like terminal. The terminal had a scroll-able map, TPOD camera, and a designation laser. The point of view was attached to a model that already existed in the game. A biplane by default. It worked great

  22. Added 13 and 14. The more I play CA the more I see the short comings, and the more I see the potential.
  23. Is it possible to add basic drone functionality to the current predator drone? Not controlability. Just TPOD functions. The ability to operate the TPOD camera, lock / track target, designate. Also would like a TAD to keep up with whats going on with the battlefield. Again not looking to make a model. Just the ability to attach some functionality to the one in the game.
  24. I want to be able to use drone for Recon/TD/Observe movement of troops. For CA this is a must.
