Hello Urbi, you did a fantastic job with skins and paints and tactical numbers for the Tu´s and Yak.. Could you please provide it for the community or include it in the Mod? Also for the Su-15 and Su-7 Mod that are around. . .

The ´89 cold war warsaw pact vs. NATO scenario would be the best fiiting era and place for a most admired DCS scenario. . . historical data of all military installations and bases are given in masses, once a day a shot of each square meter was taken from outer space to document a minor change or movement of assets. Gemany, especially the eastern part was very well observed and known by agents and spy planes and later satellites. All historically data were given and no more confidential, even all reports from CIA. So, can´t wait. This will be the Crown of DCS, our most beloved simulation. Cold war scenario means high end and state of the art, best place for all simulated assets. Minor changes must be made (A-10, Su-25 etc. . . but at least, we need definitley the MiG-23 ML(D), MiG-25PD and RB(T) and Su-17M3 / M4 and the mighty MiG-27D and K, I would also like to see the Yak-28 and the Su-7.

All I want to get is the MiG-23. . .so, let´s hope for it. Even when only as AI, with updated 3-D model.

Wishlist: - better detailed (highres) and corrected concrete/typical soviet era plates / minor asphalt - more realistic hardened aircraft shelters (the one provided are slightly too big and have no exhaust exits) with better camo - realistic ground layer / no sharp edges and lines. Run- and taxiways look like painted or decaled on the ground wth mostly missing dirt- / usage layers with rubber, dirt, oil, etc. - realistc soviet era tower and maintenance buildings, peripherie and airbase inventory etc. - airbase radar, RSBN and ammunition sites - protecting sand/earth walls - etc.pp OVERALL: please add more love to the detail and realism. . . one of the most strategic and important soviet / russian airbase provided with NATO equipment is not. . .

Me too, but hopefully not. Definitely different from the WIP screens from Olenya as of September 13th, 23. . . this one was amazing, and they were deleted. Maybe not without reason. . .

Got it, thanks a lot guys. Sounds very promising, all what I want is realistic simulated 80ies cold war era soviet airbases and mission building. Hope they reactivate abandoned airbases and bring it alive in a (maybe optional?) real cold war scenario around 1987.
