  1. Great job! Even with the hump. ;)
  2. Encountered this yesterday. Target under center dot, in range cue, rounds went high. Tried again to see if my aim was off, but same results. Third pass, I had to use the 12 o'clock tic mark on the pipper to get any hits. Seems to be pretty reproducible if you try.
  3. After engine start and landing, the radio defaults to ATC requests for taxi to runway or taxi to parking. Can we remove that and allow the user to determine the calls? With landing on the ships now, its a pain when you tap the F2 key and it requests takeoff when all you wanted was to look around.
  4. Hawk is property of VEAO unless there was an agreement to forfeit all work if they failed to meet standards and obligations. Long story short, its highly doubtful the community would be given a module that has the SDK elements to part out for a freeware anything.
  5. Sorry, I simply used the LUA files supplied in the 1.01.1 version I mentioned. Maybe it didnt have your edits after all. So many edits running around. My apologies
  6. Cold starting at Nellis (especially around south spots; 157) the game would freeze. If I changed that to a hot ramp start from the same spot, it would load. I could shut down and rearm as necessary. Moving the jets up to Tonopah, cold starts were fine.
  7. I've modded the LUAs to allow the AIM-9P, 9P5, 9M on all 4 wing stations, ala the A-4F. I sent the initial files to Merker prior to Thanksgiving and have since updated them again in the version 1.01.1 w/Hotfix that included your rocket edits. Hopefully a combined effort is released.
  8. Draken 142 & 147 heading out for some NTTR fun
  9. He's explained that cold starts from the carrier are not permitted because the ship is moving. He suggested Hot Starts from the carrier.
  10. On the real JHMCS, it is a right eye display. However, from what I'm reading from my squad mates, the VR display is causing eye fatigue and feels as you described. I'm hoping they can continue to adjust it with a VR option to stereo the display to prevent it from causing long term issues.
  11. Crash today dcs.log-20181103-202145.zip
  12. Confirmed here as well. HOTAS bindings completely broken. Many TM Warthog buttons not even recognized. I did backup my previous settings, but no avail, it did not override what ED broke again. Smh...
  13. Excellent! Thanks for taking this on.
  14. Awesome variety. Finally. Huge thank you.
  15. If you're an ED Tester, you've been doing a horrible job at it. The current state of MP stability may be why most players have stopped going online. But nothing beats PvP or coop. A human will give you a better fight, any day. The current AI cheats and has minimal limitations imposed by gravity, weight, thrust or realism. So these scripted campaigns are a one trick pony. Good for 1 play, then done. Unless you enjoy winning by memorizing the AI moves on a mission you've played over and over.
  16. This would be a nice add-on Details here: https://www.avgeekery.com/valions-tribute-tac-demo-gladiators-honor-vfa-15-retro-f-18/
  17. Yep, I reported it a few weeks ago as I thought it was just something funky with the FCS. As it turned out, the slight asymmetric load out of a CAP-9M and the TCTS pod causes exactly what you described. My thread was bumped out of BUGS and dismissed. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=219719
  18. Ding ding, nailed it
  19. Ok, so more testing tonight. I wasnt thinking that a CAP-9M and a TCTS pod were that different in weight, to warrant calling it asymmetric. But I was wrong. With that config (CAP-9M on left/TCTS right) the jet will add rudder trim and aileron roll the compensate. This is new, as in 2.5.2, a single CAP-9 would not induce much.
  20. It wasnt there prior to the latest OB update. Calibration is fine. On the ground it would turn if my rudders were out of cal. Ailerons would indicate it as well. Can we get someone from ED to check this out?
  21. Ok, I flew it again and can replicate it. The screens have a tilt because VR screen shots the left eye and I wanted to ensure I got the DDI and HUD. On the ground, FCS checks ok and controls set for takeoff After takeoff Rudders set to 4 Left by FCS A/P Set, jet banks left HSEL set to 270
  22. They can move it there, if they determine it. But yes, I checked all my controls. No asymmetric load. Did select HSEL after a time to see of the jet would trim itself out, but it did not. FCS showed no errors when running through the on ground test.
  23. Took up the Hornet from Tbilisi to a carrier off the coast. Set the A/P and immediately noticed a constant left bank, combined with a right rudder drift. Checked the FCS page and the rudder was trimmed to <--4 on both. Tried manual adjustment, but it didnt remove the trim. Additionally, no aileron trim would stop the A/P left bank. What happened?
