ATC System Wish List Since the ATC is being looked at, one thing I wish we had was the ability to have a radio option similar to "I'm with him" or similar. This would be used when 2 or more planes are taking off or landing the same time. It's annoying when you get the repeated messages because a second person has entered the runway or lined up for approach.

With trackir off the game gives you a view that works in most cases. With trackir on you get to set the view any way you want. I'm always looking around and re-center often enough that I use the paddle switch on my warthog.

I've only finished a single mission. After that it was all multi-player.

In Multiplayer you are on your own so learn how to do it. Try climbing to 16k plus. Attack from the edge of the Mav's range. The mav D usually locks on at 8 - 8.5k. Shoot and turn right away. Usually you'll get the shot in without being fired at. Some AA platforms will shoot at the Mav and sometimes hit it. If that happens follow up with another attack and shoot 2.

Making the explosions bigger will probably have to wait until graphics card standards are a little higher.

Another mistake I often see is people move on to the next objective before the mission of the current one is completed. What they don't understand is that many missions will have targets hidden and only go active and appear after the current target area is cleared. The result is there are no targets to be found because they aren't there yet.

I've noticed it as well as a couple of other issues on some servers. I think part of the problems are that the hosts aren't opening missions and re-saving under the new version before posting.

Hadn't been the issue here. I had plenty of room in all directions. The AP would engage but took many presses off the button to do so.

Last night I uninstalled and reinstalled the A-10 module only. Seems to have fixed the problem. Doing a repair didn't help.

Basically they are the same. Think of World as DCS A-10C with the Map Only, because that's what it is. Now the map is free and you buy the aircraft that go in it. If you only have the A-10C module the result is an updated version of the original game. Same with the KA-50. The big difference is that if you own multiple aircraft you don't have to install the entire game each time, and the developers don't have to update each title as well. The model is the same as the FS series and Xplane.

Once you start seeing the problem try engaging and disengaging several times. It seems to get worse the more you use it per session.

A few days before getting the new laptop start downloading and put the files on a USB stick. It will be one less thing to do when you have to set up. Another thing you can do is save your personal settings so you don't have to figure them out again.

Mine happens even when level. It takes multiple pushes. I did notice that it doesn't happen right away. Seems to take a few engagements of the auto pilot before it happens. As to the earlier question EAC is fine. Between that and the now missing diamond I'm thinking of un and reinstalling the A-10 module to see if it fixes the problem. I already did a repair and no luck.

Maybe it's how they made the CBU FPS problem better.

Guess no ones else is having the problem or don't use the diamond. I find it very useful especially during searches.

Was in another server tonight and had the same problem with the missing TAD diamond I'm also still getting the problem where the autopilot has trouble engaging. Anyone else having these issues?

last night I flew 3 on-line sorties. The TAD diamond was missing the entire time. The TGP marker on the HUD was Fine but just missing from the TAD. I haven't been on yet today to see if it's random as it was in the past.
