  1. 1. The in-game M256 Main Gun dispersion rate is unrealistic and inconsistent 2. Gun Site bounces (does not do that in real life) 3.   3. Ground vehicles cannot pass through certain shrub types. This is also a known issue on the PG map.
  4. It appears to be an issue with individual bushes too - not just shrub lines
  5. See video. Cannot penetrate these shrubs. It's a huge problem for players and AI pathing.

  7. Vehicles Getting Stuck on Bushes Issue Ground vehicles are completely stopped, and sometimes are mired by hitting small objects such as bushes or even small tree's. The M1 Abrams in the photo below is completely stuck by three small bushes that the vehicle should easily be able to crush.

  14. Isometric View in the Warrior IFV displays like you're looking through a gunsite Notice the black blur along the sides as well as a gun site recitule in the middle.
  15. Still bugged. It's a little hard (impossible) to play this module without the VCB. Why is this not a priority to fix?
  16. Havent seen any videos showing weapon sights or first person movement of ground vehicles. Whats the deal? Can I directly control ground forces or not?

  20. I made a scored gunnery range that had a series of 12 targets, starting with infantry and trucks then moving to stationary and moving the tanks. So what? The main guns in CA are so inaccurate and inconsistent that it is pointless to try to practice gunnery.

  24. Playing CA from only a RTS/Commander perspective would be extremely boring. I've already tried it in some of my larger scenarios. Issue waypoints, sit, wait....boooooring! There is no reason why ED has to remove existing first person functionality to achieve a desirable goal with CA. When it comes to FPS aspects, we dont need DCS to become Steel Beasts. Steel Beasts is designed as an armored crewman training tool for professional armies. I dont think DCS will ever get the same fidelity in its armored game - and thats OK because the enjoyment behind DCS is the COMBINED ARMS aspect that it offers - players can crew tanks, planes, and helicopters within a large game world - something that Steel Beasts will never achieve.
  25. And your video was good, but considering it was a Combined Arms Video Contest the videos should've been focused on ground combat: not Air Defense, not helicopters, not planes. I feel that the first two videos were focused on air combat, with a touch of air defense, and some minor bits of ground combat. Again, I think this is a great example of how marginalized the CA module has become in DCS:W
