They have been a list of item posted a few month ago, acknowlegding that they still have way to go. [ame]http://www.belsimtek.com/upload/docs/development-tasks.pdf[/ame] It looks like they are still pushing for yet-another-beta-module, but frequent update on Mi-8 shows that they do some work on previous model as well. It is slow progress - but they also need to have a decent module roll to get the company going. I used to be a BST hater but now i'm happy they are real progress. :)

Hi Ashilta, Those kind of questions are like "daily" in this forum. Wags carefully skip those so i wouldn't expect an answer. Maybe if you lucky, he'll show up and play evasive. ED has a good communication on their product, and apart from NTTR, all their announcement were quite accurate. I come to believe that whenever they will be able to commit to something, they will let us know. But those announcment usually come late in the development, when things are nearly ready. Don't desperate, the only way to keep up with release date is to not publish the release date until you actually release :) A quick look at 3rd Party sections will show you that most 3rd parties have their timeline late by a year or two. :D ED is smart to not play with customer expectations.

They is an alternate awacs script that replace ED's AWACS. Could be a nice addition.

As a mig-21 pilot, I agree R3-R is overperforming. I had 85% Pk with it last year. R3R is hardcoded.

I'm suspecting non mirage owner have trouble with R3R since missile will hit a su27 collision mesh. Hence mirage is now having an invisble shield. Gonna play *another simulator* until everything fixed.

I recall doing air combat with this one in the first IL2. It was tricky but all you needed was a second or two facing the enemy. Then BOooOom

Mirage weapons may be failed, but damage model is too. Many mirage i hit with R3-R did not had any issue. We had a 2v2 in our squadron. We surprised the mirage and banged them simultanously. Both turned into fight, undamaged. One of them actually did not even noticed he was hit :P had the same online too.

As a dirty calculation, i take 3 liter/km. Charts are below it, but that makes me a good reserve in case i get fuel leak in flight. it's Non navigation : Takeoff fuel + mission fuel (Think about how long you gonna stay around your target/deliverypoint) Navigation : You regular flight fuel Total 1 = nav + non-nav fuel. Add everything together and add 5% for navigation mistake. And on top of this - another 5% if you do formation flight. (guys following someone tend to consume more as they do more power adjustement to fly formation) You may want to add some more fuel for reserve in case of wind/damage. I'm suspecting a mistake in the text, you may want to divide by .95 to do a 5% addition.

What about CA IR simulation ? This one never worked, even in 1.2 - If the same tech was used, that mean they are individual settings located somewhere. That mean they are chances we can impact those "pixel" rendering math settings.

hi there, Mirage 2000C is not present for those who did not buy it. I did not purchased it, I don't have it in the editor, and in Multiplayer only a Su-27 appears. Version is : 1.5.48726

I'd love civil stuff for DCS. However, DCS is dragging way behind FSX and they is years of work to cover decent weather modeling, ATC, ai traffic... DCS is great plane simulator, however, FSX simulate Aviation in a larger scope. Thats why they are so many people still on it. What DCS miss the most is a free simple FC style trainer/cessna.
