Absolutly!! The more modules i own the more i love the hog. I have it since beta times so i think 10(!) years or something. I have to admit im a pure ground pounder. Im not into that PVP A2A so the hog is my first choice and probably will ever be. The wide range of weapons is incredible. Well flying from A to B and fooling around is much more fun in a hornet but when you need to blow stuff ist simply one choice. The Hotas workflow is much better than in the hornet and av8. In some seconds you have your mavs on tgt and down in the mud. It seems the whole DCS world is designed around it also. The quali campaigns the CA etc. Everything fits perfect with the hog. im really waiting for the final step that makes it complete: the Pilot Body :-D

Great vid, thanks. I own a lot of modules but thats the reason why i always come back to the hog and dig in the dirt with some three-zero mikemike.

It seems you have to point really exactly to the laser tgt. In night time you see it really well so you can push your nose to that point. In daytime this has no sense cause when you know the tgt location that exactly you dont need laser guidance. Works much better in the a10, the tpod searches for laser spots.

Yeah i know two weeks,... but is there any roadmap for upcoming updates on the amazing viggen. Pilot model, bk90 mp solution, campaign, fm and fixes. I hope the viggen doesnt suffer under the workload for the f14. For Fans of tactical strikes, and i think there some in dcs, is the viggen the only choice atm

Thank you sgt. A very very usefull tool in the viggen. Makes planning procedure a lot easier.

The key is to make gentle inputs. 5 degree nose up and gently reduce collective. Try to stay on the same height intil hover. The better you get the faster you can try to execute.

you are right. in SP (!!) Lots of the described issue im suffer in MP. Also not always. When im on a pvp server and i get a new plane the radar works mostly very well. After some time of searching, i have the feeling(!), its neary inop. And thats not only me!! We discuss this often on the mig pvp server and a lot of people mention this. And dont come with small target blabla. sometime targets fly straight in front and higher of me and you see nothing.

Hi chuck i tried the mission today. works fine! woah we will need good firepower before we have a clearance to insert troops. i flew some insertions and took a lot of damage. Would be very helpfull if the transport flights would get two GUV pods for a little self-defense. I flew the mission in SP and armed my hip with 2 pods in the ME. No problem with weight. i hope i will have a good ping on your server. im here in italy. see you :thumbup:

I´m little bit disappointet. I gave 49 Euros in the first hour and i never regret it. I would do it again! BST is the first choice for PC rotorheads but the hip is since 2013(!) in a beta stage. Over to 2 years. I searched the forum and the whole net for info but there some rumours that BST works on finalisation of their modules. I only want to know whats planned for mi8. Are major fixes/updates even planned? A sign of life would be really appreciative for the mi8 customers. thanks

oh sh*t moment ... nr.1: i made myself a "training" mission where i was hunted from 3 SU-27 ´s in the mountains north of kobuleti on a nice november morning. every second i dont had my nose down in 1 feet over the dirt i had a lock warning :-O For sure i had a lot of "oh sh*t" moments, but anyway its always a lot of fun to out-manouver modern birds. :-))) nr.2 the last seconds of your gun run when you realize that you will be dust in a moment :D

did this a10 have some sort of hmcs??

i have diveplanes a10c soundmod and i have engine sound in the cockpit like before BUT im missing the flaps and airbrake sounds and some minor things. strange
