Now I'm sat in the cockpit the only thing that looks weird to me is the HUD assembly - it's too light; it sort of looks like it's been transplanted from a different game. Maybe it's correct but it does look a bit odd.
But the rest is fine.
It's hard to tell from a static picture but maybe they're using 'flatter' textures so that the new lighting can work its magic?
Under the new renderer the current Su-27/33 cockpits look like cartoons because of all the fake shading applied to the dials and contours.
It's infuriating.
You set up your cockpit snap-views just right - and then you load a mission you made a couple of days ago and you're back to square one.
Is there a reason for this?
Just happened to me.
Happens @ 4:32 and it affects the track, too. External sounds are still there but everything in-cockpit is gone. f-86 sound gone.trk
I don't own the 52 but I do something similar with my TWCS rudder for other aircraft.
This setup uses the left side paddle for braking - on some aircraft you need to un-tick 'INVERT' or else the brakes are locked on.
It's really annoying (no offence to Serbia).
Is there a way to tweak it so selecting a Russian 21 will automatically select a Russian/Soviet skin in the editor?
