  1. The changes were committed pretty late so they may not have been pulled into the build. I've uploaded the changes as a hotfix mod here: http://media.heatblur.se/ajs37.rar Unsure whether this passes integrity checks. I'll double check our distribution branch to ensure everything is in place and there were no errors made there.
  2. After our initial optimization pass, currently performance in the F-14 is identical to the F-18 on: i5 6600K OC'd to 4.3 Ghz 32GB RAM GTX1080 With most/all DCS settings to High. VRAM usage is higher, so expect lower total overhead (this may be an issue in cases where a mission uses many different assets). We will be doing detailed benchmarks for your purchase decisionmaking once the module is fully complete.
  3. We're not doing any -A liveries for the -B and we suggest you also stick to -B repaints while we modify the airframe to represent the -A (this won't take very long at all!). That way we maintain some consistency :) The UVs will be 99% the same though.

  5. We will try to organize a RU translation of the manual; but this is not a guarantee yet. The RU community is important to us! We will distribute preview builds to RU community members (e.g. maybe SandMartin etc.) who can maybe help make video tutorials in Russian before release.

  12. We target 45fps on a 1080 as "acceptable" VR performance. EDIT: It's not as smooth as the Viggen currently. That is the target. I think we'll get there.
  13. That's not quite true :) We're working on our Forrestal. :) If anything new comes into DCS in the way of carrier development - we'll add that as we go along.

Running a business like this is a loooot of stress - and avoiding as much of it is as possible is becoming increasingly important to me, but quality will come first - so if that means less eggnog and more gollum coffee frenzy, so be it. We're targeting December. We're guaranteeing Winter. Set your expectations accordingly.

  20. Noone is abandoning anything.. Don't look past a year of solid Viggen support just because we've focused on F-14 PR lately.
  21. Err- just to be clear: The PBR overhauled cockpit is not a Beta -> release item. It's my personal wish to deliver an even better experience; but you'd be hard pressed to say that the Viggen cockpit is sub-par visually at present. New sounds, RAT and EP-13 coming before end of year.

  25. Don't worry and add your second key. A tiny tiny part of the key batch we received is mislinked to PG and we're removing them from our database. A few were sold before we could yank them. Apologies for the inconvenience and will be standing by to fix if any issues arise!
