A few posts ago Duke stated that the 339 release will be announced in the October 7th newsletter, so it's going to be sometime after that date (hopefully the next Wednesday).

It's not that I don't want the 102 (even though I'd prefer the 106), it's just that's not at the top of my preferences. Too many good choices in there! I voted for the AMX (please, the ACOL!), F-105 (an essential mainstay for Vietnam scenarios), G.55, C.205, A-129 (darn, I'm beginning to like choppers...) and the F-104, more or less in order of preference. I wouldn't mind having all of them in the end!

Ok, @MAXsenna, you're right! Although previous newsletters reported on the development status, the actual announcement was delivered with the July 22nd newsletter, one day after the OB release! There might be hope yet, for a September 21st release!
