A few posts ago Duke stated that the 339 release will be announced in the October 7th newsletter, so it's going to be sometime after that date (hopefully the next Wednesday).

Well, I'm guessing the list IFE gave us is purposefully limited and probably made up by airplane they know they can do (some of them they already did in the civilian sim), so it's not based on free wishing, but on what they can do in practice.

It's not that I don't want the 102 (even though I'd prefer the 106), it's just that's not at the top of my preferences. Too many good choices in there! I voted for the AMX (please, the ACOL!), F-105 (an essential mainstay for Vietnam scenarios), G.55, C.205, A-129 (darn, I'm beginning to like choppers...) and the F-104, more or less in order of preference. I wouldn't mind having all of them in the end!

Ok, @MAXsenna, you're right! Although previous newsletters reported on the development status, the actual announcement was delivered with the July 22nd newsletter, one day after the OB release! There might be hope yet, for a September 21st release!

È successo anche a me, è normale quando le aspettative si susseguono e evaporano in rapida successione... vedrai che quando arriva sul disco, la scimmia ci risalta in groppa! Io penso che tanti lo useranno come light attack aircraft, specie in server cold war. Personalmente, lo impiegherò il più delle volte da solo in quel ruolo (e se riesco a venire a capo del ME e trovare il tempo - merce rara - magari provo anche a fare qualche campagna COIN...)
