F-18 grip, WARTHOG compatible

How many of those military pilots are sitting in chairs and staring into monitors? ;) There are ambidextrous joysticks out there, so that question is not totally off, although it's understandable that real aircraft replica stick probably be like the actual stuff and nothing else... -
Windows X, Free upgrade for the first year.

In China. -
Congrats also to Wags on his trip to Moscow!

It's DCS. It's running on ancient engine and some effects are broken like that, especially cluster bombs you mentioned. We'll hopefully get some new effects with 2.0 update soon, although it's probably still months away.

DCS: F-14A/A+/B by Heatblur Simulations coming to DCS World!

Wrong hornet ;) -
Template is four 2048 textures next to each other, they're even divided by guides, so just cut it to four pieces.

DCS: F-14A/A+/B by Heatblur Simulations coming to DCS World!
GeorgeLKMT replied to Cobra847's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
Except higher price doesn't mean bigger profits, quite the opposite. I'm not saying they should put a tiny price tag on it, or they don't deserve money, but it was proven over and over again that more accesible price or large discounts boosts profits by insane amount (look at steam or humble bundle). If it wasn't profitable, those sales wouldn't happen, why do you think ED makes them like 10 times a year? Another case in point, newly released Cities:Skylines costs like a half of the normal AAA game and it already broke a sales records for the company. It's currently the best selling game on Steam as well. I've seen a lot of "I would totally pay 200 bucks for it!" enthusiasm on this forum, but that's just not how it works. Just because you can afford it, doesn't mean everybody can. Comparison with highly acclaimed and popular AAA game titles is irellevant, LNS is not going to sell a million copies in a week. -
If we're talking about model adjustments, by looking at the renders now, I believe your countermeasures dispenser is wrong. It should be larger and more back:

Looks nice. I'm thinking about getting it, anybody knows if this cable is compatible?
-
Nice. Surely cannot be more than two weeks away, right? :pilotfly:

Nobody is fear mongering. ENTSO-E issued an analysis of what might happen and informed the public about the steps that european power operators are going to make. That's how it works in this world, they know the risk and preparing for it as opposed to waiting for disaster to happen. That's all. Only one who is fear mongering are the guys who only read news titles and thinking this is some kind of doomsday preaching Impact Analysis PDF FAQ PDF

 Except this is not about "europe not having enough power because sun isn't shining". After the eclipse, it's feared that the PV is going to generate a serious peak, that could damage the power distribution system. But sun is going up and down everyday! Yes, it's also going up and down much more gradually and certainly not during the peak hours! Power distribution system overload is already being a serious issue here due to german wind turbines and only reason you don't here any catastrophic news is because there are knowledgeable people working on it and also because we're all pumping serious money to upgrade the grid and build PST transformers. I believe nothing major will happen but this is surely not "yeah whatever, no problem". It's something that we certainly have to prepare for. And by we, I mean people responsible for it who actually knows diddly about electricity.

Are you using PSD template? AO is there in separate layer. And you can find NMs in \DCS World\Bazar\World\textures\MI-8MT.zip -

DCS: F-14A/A+/B by Heatblur Simulations coming to DCS World!
GeorgeLKMT replied to Cobra847's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
I know, that magic is called baking, but even MiG-21 from what I've heard has a lot more details than ED's aircraft and we had some "bad performace" threads here and there... ;) Although I'm not flying it myself, just what I've heard, so I might be wrong. But I believe they know what they're doing. /sniped by Cobra, thanks, make it shine guys! -

It looks amazing, really. Great job. I'm admiring it even more as a 3d modeler myself (well... amateur trying hard). I just hope you guys know that a lot of people don't have computers able to render six gazilion polys at once :D -
