I've had to play a lot of mission over and over to find out what was the cause of not completing. Not sure if anything has changed but you can go into the mission planner and edit the mission so, said failure can be completed..

well, i'll kept it simple stupid. IR sam fly 10k+ AAA/IR sam fly 13k+ tor's/sa15 fly 5-10k shoot w/ mav sa11/long range fly on the deck take pop shots w/ mavs. while your flying low killing sa11's get a visual on any air targets, you'd be surprised on how many people will fly over you, or come at you head on. aim-9's work.

This version of the a-10c is a different than the one that has HMCS and the ablitly to del/add markpoints, etc many more variants and details can be found on the forums here somewhere.

I think the program should be ended, f-22 pilots having black charcoal blah, blah. with how the world works today.... IMO i don't even see the reason for planes. with 3 sat's you could have complete world domination.

would get 100 points on f15 missions all the time and still fail. would need to complete them in a certain way; praying the triggers worked correctly and getting to the next mission.

what is wrong with flood mode? REALLY???!! In MY world i thought it didn't show them any notification on the RWR. hmm, gotta ask this honestly... is it not fixed in the game b/c we do not know how these missiles react IRL or is this FC3 game just a, oh i unno one big arcade game where we are now going to say ER > ET> not fair, blah blah.. ?

If this idea supports open world, 24/7 server 1 world, win/loss war i'm game. Simple 15-20min maps w/ a rotation COD games no thanks. But i do agree something needs to change.

I couldn't agree more, but this is just my opinion for what i presume this radar is capable of.. as far as the 77th server goes, I would say any server that does not model awacs or a EWR and has a Air-to-Air role in it... well migs (inc su's) suffer. F-15's i feel have the air superiority at that point. If you want to know how or why I can easily explain my reasons. Now I cannot agree w/ OP at all. But think EOS is highly exaggerated in the game, as a few people have already mention to the recent changes to EOS. IE someone in afterburner you can see them across the world essentially. If the migs MFD is not cluttered with recent kills/past kills and showing all friendlies and bandits.... really?? your just plucking things out of the air all day long kinda feels like a video game(no pun intended)... but i degrees.

Ran repair and now I have long load times. Was patched before. You could be correct also by running the beta... I'm sure it will get fixed in due time. Along with track ir and other misc bugs, etc..

this may sound out of place but what does the command say for time + & - in the options > a10c sim/game profile?

Um, I like to stick to the facts here... Look at the date of this post. DCS's current 1.2.7-1.2.7 beta are new and semi stable. Better than 1.2.6. So again do not take OP's statement out of context. IMO. To help the OP. I would recommend you take the time and follow these steps. Reinstall 1.2.7 to current ver. Get the beta well, updates now check on their own, we are in limbo to see if it works! Hope this helps.

With the new Open beta Update, Im finally able to use mirrors and not get a impact on performance. Sorry.

I am fairly confident that when I (stressing 'i' here) upgraded from a hd that was not a ssd to ssd, there was a noticeable increase in performance, in game.

trim out the a-10c and you can fly a 300+ knot airspeed and climb w/ all loads. I think was brought up by someone else... :x but back to trimming out the a-10c makes for a very nice agile, responsive plane!

are these convoys moving? sorry i have not yet played this mission. Also to answer your question, if you have enable the views. Just press f6 after pickle and you can get a 'bombs eye veiw' of whats going on.

This maybe a bit off topic. But isn't all this work fruitless considering edge ? I'll keep it short and sweet w/out my many reasons why.. If need be I can elaborate. My main reason for asking this is people will spend the money for upgraded hardware if requiring. But if it's just to improve this engine, etc. what is the point? My presuming comes from PC games in general, ps3 games and seeing how dx10,11 turns choppy gameplay to arcadey feel smoothness. Example.

if i have told you to get a SSD to fix any errors, i'm sorry. But all of what you have said is a rant to me. Fact is DCS is the top sim, getting a SSD only seems to put a band-aid on some things. EDGE will be outdated (when released no matter the date). I'll presume its when the WWII (stuff i do not want, but will help fund ED) is when EDGE will be released. If i have said to get a SSD, when to help band-aid a user that is experenicing issue's i had before switching to a SSD drive myself; i will recommend they get one. Until EDGE is released and all these bugs we are facing now; well EDGE will be my deciding factor on if it was worth it. But to be honest, whats better at the moment? Now all of that is kind of implied when telling someone to get a SSD. So either deal w/ it or help. You've even said it yourself, 'when edge is released-' so im guessing your going to decided for yourself at that time as well? I refuse to play FSX, i do have it. I don't know of any better sims?

i cannot give facts on this only my view, but switching to a SSD showed a FPS, if not a overall improvement in performance in DCS:W. Yes you will still get a FPS drop when looking at areas, and still get game crash's etc. But is it as severe? no i don't think so.
