Is it possible to work in common between ED and FsxNavyPilot to implement the VLSO in DCSW?

I think, if you do not have the BFVG WWII mod installed Airfield equipment along with the CH mod the latter does not work. In my case if I activate the two together the CH works, if I remove WWII Airfield equipment the CH stops working and DCSW does not start.
