  1. The M is behaving in a funny way too. It will give tone way out at 8nm head-on, then go silent at about 6nm, and reacquire at 2.5nm.
  2. I can confirm. Does it work differently with other aircraft, like F-15? The Lima is supposed to be very similar to the Mike. Can confirm the Aim-9L works just fine head-on in the F-15.
  3. Correct. Just tested, the R-60 is all aspect for human pilots, too.
  4. Don't buy it yet. It is not up to snuff.
  5. Maybe the best map yet.
  6. It runs fine. Beautiful map.
  7. Subject says it. This is a bug, no?
  8. I fly with external views off so I don't even notice.

    FFB

    Nope. :no_sad:
  10. Well, this is not fixed at all!:joystick:
  11. My P-47 is strictly for air to air. :gun_sniper: Now where is the M variant?
  12. Nice! FFB shake is the little rumble you get before a stall with a force feedback joystick. All of the ww2 modules had it except the p47.
  13. DCE = dynamic campaign engine? These are not official downloads you get from Eagle Dynamics. You should post about this in the mission builders forum or contact the author.
  14. The AI do preferentially target players/clients. I have seen this often enough to be sure of it. Give multiplayer a try with us and forget the bots.
  15. ???? Germany is the leading state of the EU. I think they won after all.;)
  16. In my experience the M2KC's radar directed gun PIP (predicted impact point) is wobbly and pretty poor compared to some of the newer modules. Is this realistic, or is there some hope of improvement? For example: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=4214975 I still love the M2KC module and the other improvements and updates are great.
  17. If most voters were like me then a2g radar was not their priority. The published roadmap matches how I voted almost to a t.
  18. Glad I didn't buy the channel map. I have ever other map out there and preordered Syria, but the line has to be drawn.
  19. The sad thing is that all of those switches on the base are becoming superfluous with VR. Sometimes less is more.
  20. Good to know. Seems to me it is a better case against Apple than Google, then.
  21. I'm in that narrow age group that grew up with computers, but not with tablets and smartphones. So for me the problem with apple's and Google's app stores is very clear to me. If I want to create an application for your PC I can sell it to you directly. I can't do that for your phone or tablet, and that is wrong. It is apple and Google that are interfering with the free market.
  22. Other servers with blue vs blue spear throwing contests are doing fine. The difference is that some allow hot starts. People have busy lives. My favorite mission the 104th used to have was blue vs red though, think it was called Buffalo or something like that. I never see it anymore.
  23. Pilots are trained to position their head before they begin a high g turn, often to the side of the headrest where it is held in place until gs are unloaded!
  24. This was the first complaint I heard from a real-life Viper pilot when he tried out the DCS F-16 in VR. He was very impressed in most respects, but the gloc onset is a real problem.
  25. Spotting is harder in VR (without labels). Dogfighting is harder too if you are used to trackir. Having to actually twist your body around to check 6 can become a workout if you like dogfight servers. If a server doesnt run some kind of labels they're telling VR users to go somewhere else.
