A lot of the controls/switches need to be reviewed for continuity. Some are left and others are right. Quite a few seem opposite to DCS protocols. I suspect it is down on the list right now due to other primary issues being developed and corrections being made.

Hi assafm, Thanks for your offer to help. I love the aircraft also. I have no issue with systems or configuration and yes I do know that it is early access. I look so forward to the improvements of the aircraft and I just got a bit frustrated with the update/fix process. It got to the point where I was expecting one thing to be fixed but . . . what other thing was broken after the fix. And then ED goes and does a nasty to the RAZBAM team and to us the end-user. Probably a 'managing client expectations" issue which is a prime protocol of major projects. My apologies to the RAZBAM guys . . . . just had to vent. Cheers,

The Mirage 2000C is the aircraft I decided to go to in DCS for a number of reasons. Seems it is one step forward and 2 steps backward on the updates. Something fixed then several things broken then DCS downloads incorrect version, then another wait and then no download. So, that's it for me - in the hangar she goes including DCS until I hear more about the F18. Sorry RAZBAM, I know that you feel the pain also but for me I'm moving on. Best of luck.

You're missing the point of this sim. "As close to reality as possible" Perhaps you are better off playing a first person shooter? You will be playing by yourself offline if you are able to make the changes.

The black cockpit is nice but . . . . does it reflect reality. The team is targeting reality as much as possible . . . . not graphics tweaks.

If you hit a little hard with a center tank it will come off and tumble down the runway. I still think the landing profile is a little off. With everything on the numbers (including on the glideslope) it should land without having to make any changes to the 14.0 degree AOA (no "flair" required). Right now, it still requires some form of flair by either throttle or FPM pulled to the end of the runway to prevent damage. Still needs a tweak as I think what we are doing now is making adjustments to correct this issue.

Tweak your throttle axis in the game axis settings. That fixed it for me.

When will we expect to have the flight models in 2.0 updated to equal those in 1.5? I would love to fly Nevada, but the M2000 has two completely different sets of flight and avionics models. Seems to be time to move these forward as an independent update not associated with Edge.

I use a modifier for the off part. But, I have it assigned to the throttle on off detent. Same idea different switches.

Known problem and will be fixed. You have to enter them manually at this time.

My fix for TrackIR issue I have successfully fixed my TrackIR problem by doing the following: Copy and paste default.lua From: C:\ED\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha\Config\Input\Aircrafts\Default\trackir To: C:\ED\DCS World OpenBeta\Config\Input\Aircrafts\Default\trackir Attached is the file: [ATTACH]143010[/ATTACH] Hope it works for you.

I notice a lot of deciduous trees turning into fir trees in Starway's. Could impact fall colours?
