A question from the uneducated. I am currently running a AMD 3700+. Dual core AMD 4600 are relatively inexpensive and I was thinking of upgrading. My question is; Is there any advantage to installing a dual core? (I plan to buy a new system when BS & BOB come out, but for now I just like messing around.) Thanks for the input.

What would be nice is a exe file that will launch the game without the cd in the drive. Shocky I don't like "my wifes cat either", however it will fit in the microwave. (kidding, kidding, kidding, cheez some of you people are too serious) :smilewink:

Enjoyed the video and the textures. I have always felt the Russian anthem is one of the best pieces of music for an anthem. I first heard it when Canada played the USSR in the Summit Series in 72. For those who don't know the summit series was an 8 game exhibition series with Canadian NHL Pro hockey players against the Soviet National Team. It turned into a real battle over 8 games with Canada winning in the end. Anyway love the anthem.

While we are on this subject. Anybody have any tweaks or setup options for my Radeon 1950X pro? I would be intereseted to see what other ATI users have done both in game and using the Catalyst tool.

Am I to understand that Black Shark is a helicopter sim with no fast movers and it will not merge with Lock On?

I would love to see 6DOF in Lock On. I like the way the pilot was moving when the aircraft rolled left and right and the pilot was looking down the side of the aircraft. I would enjoy this feature. Can a patch be made for the Lock On to inlcude 6DOF?

Grandsurf just GRAND! The turf reminds me of beautiful fairways! A real improvement for those of us who like eye candy. I look forward to you releasing this. Nice cockpit setup by the way. My wife would divorce me or get me a "section 8" if I set my office like that, however I have dreamt about it.:doh: By the way I think we all need to add to Grandsurf's REPS!

Ah I see. What aircraft did you fly in the coop? Do members of the community hold regular coops? I would love to pariticpate.

My 2 Cents, if you are looking to prioritize, I would strongly suggest HOTAS stick first. I use both pedals and HOTAS but I find rudder pedals not nearly as useful in this game as in IL2. However its all about immersion eventually you will want both.
