2.0 is too important to be released half-baked so if they need time no problem - it is better to release nice cake which impress people. It is to be noticed 2.0 will be basic version known for press, public reviewers so it must be top-notch. I just hope it will be slight delay, not enormous.

Now light "produced" by plane which stays in front of the hangar lights terrain up behind hangar... normally there would be darkness.

I am curious about bug where lights from plane on the ground can light terrain up behind hangars :D

Long time ago I've read that ED was working about 3D mission editor which is quite friendly for people who want to set units up exactly as they want. Will be it in DCS 2?

I guess OP meant not only planes but also terrain, WWII units and so on. So far authors of kickstarter failed again and ran away like cowards.

I just updated game to newest patch (had 1st .12 now update for .12). Controls disappeared, any of them. O_o

It'd be nice to get some "handicap". Example big circle, and if you manage to keep target in this circle, missile will hit (or say 90% hit). Or add autolock like in Shkval :D I tried to smooth my mouse movement but either it is too fast or too slow. When un-zoomed it can go too fast, but when zoomed sometimes target is faster than my mouse which keeps out from desk. This ruins aim completely as missile is already gone.

I like new aim for tanks :) Good job! Firing from Avenger is other feeling, a bit harder now or placebo effect. Nonetheless firing from Tunguska is big pain in the ass, this thing is more capable as ground SAM, err sry - Ground-Ground Missile Launcher Vehicle. Missile control is very unfriendly.

I hope to get CA boost. This has a great potential but now the control interface is far from user friendly. Even those from World of Tanks would be good - it is clean, neat and visually much better.

So it just adds icon on F10 map? Quite far from being useful I must say.

Does F-16 need as much trim as Su-27? In BMS I use trim quite rarely, not to say almost never.

Why is there no auto trim? In real plane I mean.

I wish there were successor of EarthSiege II, IMHO the best real mech game where mechs looked like mechs.

Yup, when you see poor GheyTen on the sky it is quite relatively easy to kill it, if you don't turn radar on. You sit silent and guide missile :D

Was it even fixed? I get it all time on various servers, I noticed when playing CA units so far. Playing newest version, are there any detailed logs prior to disconnection? :mad:

My ESET will not detect DCS request of new connection even if I delete old rules. So I must disable firewall at all (creating new rule also won't work). But DCS still freezes when is not able to connect internet. It should not. Overall it gets crash after crash. What undercooked product it is. Installing everything from scratch to see results.

Hey I just want to point in my case DCS will crash if there is no allowance to connect DCS.exe with internet. I use ESET Smart Security 7. I made test, ran DCS in Multiplayer mode and DCS was "thinking" forever after clicking "connect" button in Login panel. After patience you click on it and common Windows window shows, DCS is not responding and what you wanna do. I close it because DCS is frozen already :) With enabled allowance (disabled firewall) it runs normally, but the multiplayer code is overall a bit crap so far (GUI freezes from time to time), in game too.

Recently I've played on few servers and I see rarely CA units to control. Even if, it is almost always Ural, BTR and other poors. I want TOR, OSA, Strela, Tunguska to kill flying crafts. Where are good old times when you laughed at face of poor A-10C's player when he just had eaten missile? I very well remember hiding my OSA behind 11 floor buildings near Sotchi because two Hogs chased me.... that was the strong point of having CA, not just control BTR in the middle of nowhere on the map WTF
