  1. Hi guys I have two questions : Is it possible to put a warthog grip on the T-50 base ? What is the actual difference between the standard T50 grip and CM edition?
  2. The HUD is focused to infinity. And optically it is "far away". Meaning that for the pilot eye focusing on the distant horizon or the HUD is the same. To compare to your gun analogy, it works the same way a red dot or holographic sight works. Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk

  6. Hi guys, I am a bit out of the loop considering the state of VKB flight gear. And I have a TM warthog for the moment center mounted on a VPC table mount, and I am considering getting a VKB gunfighter pro to replace it, but I have a few questions : 1. I like my warthog grip a lot. Will it possible to purchase the gunfighter base, TM warthog adapter, and the extension. Without any grips? 2. If this is not possible I might consider buying a gunfighter pro with KG12 grip to switch up with warthog when I play WW2 planes. Do we have an idea of when this will be available in the Europe shop? Last news on the 14feb was saying they would be more news the next week, still no news? 3. I have a 3d printed tailpiece (thx debolestis!) on my Warthogto have it offset 15deg for center mount. If using the warthog grip on the gunfighter is it possible to have a 15deg offset ? 4.How does the gunfighter pro (extension) behaves with a heavier warthog metal grip ? 5. With the extension is it possible to use VPC gunfighter pro on the VPC table mount, in a center position on a regular chair ? or is it too high ? If anyone can answer my questions, thank you very much !
  7. Yes, i made more tests, and either by reducing graphical settings or playing a mission with less activity. The issue doesn't show up Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  8. Ok I hope they fix it. I did another test. It seems that with an empty mission it doesn't happen. or it takes much longer to happen. I will see if it is better with lower graphical settings
  9. Hi All, With DCS 2.5 It got back to DCS in VR. However, I have a weird problem : After playing a mission for 20-30min, I will first get a lot of stutters every time I move my head. Then at some point, the headset will simply go black ... yet I still have the sound, and it seems DCS is still running in the background because when I move my stick from the sound I can tell the simulation is still running (If I push my stick I will hear the Ka-50 over speed alarm, and then I pull the stick it goes away). SO it seems I only lost the image to the headset. If I open the oculus menu I have it on the Oculus, so it seems the HDMI connection is still fine, it is only DCS that is just showing nothing ... I tried to look at the perfomances in the task manager while this happens. But everything looks fine. nothing is at 100% Did anyone experience this kind of problem ? do you know how I could solve it? Thanks
  10. I also have a left dominant eye, and I noticed that with both eyes open, if I look at a target and put the hms on it, the shkval will always end up to the left of the target. The closer to the target I am the worse is the offset. If the hms was on the left eye would it solve this for me ? Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk

  12. I am not an expert, but I don't think you can interogate targets with the iff. the viggen radar is not make for locking up air targets, so I don't see how it would work. The iff is only for other aircraft to be able to identify the viggen. And the rwr shows all emissions like all rwr do.   13. Hi guys, I am making my self a button box, and I would like to have more than 6 encoders. I was planing to use MMJOY2 but it is limited to six encoder per board. My dall back plan is to use two boards, but that will be two usb connection, less than ideal ... Is there anyway to have more encoders ? either with MMjoy ? Or using some other board ? thanks

No one said that, the force increase linearly with the aircraft g-loading, starting a climb at 2g will require a certain amount of force let's say : 10N (I don't know the actual force Just for explanation), and if you want to climb harder, let's say 5g: you have to pull harder 50N . For the extraction of the manual quoted : this relation is linear (=like spring), and stays the same for most of the flight envelope. Ok I agree that they are exceptions when in extreme flight regime ( low speed, very high AOA).   16. I don't think you understood this text, this highlights even more the fact that ffb is almost pointless for a fbw jet. Stick force Vs g force stays constant over most of the flight envelope.   19. usually stainless steel is not very magnetic. So it is very unlikely that a nut will interfere with with anything. Baur pedals also has magnet set up like that

  22. Hi guys, I am planing the build some panel, for use in VR, and with several aircrafts. And for this I need some multipurpose "rotary switch". First I planned to use a rotary switch with a lot of positions, and only use the number of position the virtual switch in the aircraft has. But then I thought I could save a lot of buttons inputs if I had some sort of rotary switch that only has three positions : center, left and right and that returns with a spring to center. I could use such a switch to simulate using a full rotary switch and cycle CW/CCW trough the virtual aircraft switch. I've searched the common suppliers, but could not find such kind of switch, do you know if it exists, and where I can get it ? Thanks a lot

  24. Thanks for the answers, I reverted to an older version of MMJoy, and it works as expected now. I have another question: In the MMjOy wiki it shows all button connection on a matrix, with a diode added between the button and the columns. Is this diode really necessary ? what is its purpose ?
  25. How do you cut them ? with a CNC ? by hand with a saw/drill ?
