  1. Where is the documentation located?
  2. Gear were up. In fact, the other pilot I was flying with was having the same issue with his Eagle. EDIT: Just fired it up today to run another test and now it's fine. Go figure.....
  3. Where is the included mission briefing packet?
  4. Where is the Mission Briefing Packet?
  5. After the most recent update to 2.0, the guns are not working in the F15.
  6. Saved Games/DCS/Screenshots
  7. Thanks....I just discovered it.
  8. Since the update released on Jan 15th, my audible warning does not sound.
  9. I'm ambivalent about the NTTR news. I would never complain about additional detail. But I'm not so sure that additional hotels and casinos are going to sell more maps or make it conducive for multiplayer red vs blue. I know, I know..... there will be additional airfields but, the map is very small. The additional work load for ED isn't going speed along the introduction of the SOH map. We need appropriate maps to match the aircraft that we have bought......Korea, WWII Europe....for starters.
  10. It will be a good mission for the Mirage...... once all of its issues are fixed.
  11. I am going to be a buyer of the Gazelle....absolutely. I will enjoy learning its systems and operations. However, like other recent module releases, I worry about its overall contribution to the sandbox. The aircraft that are being released have very limited roles. As a result, the community has become fragmented.
  12. You might be right. All I know is that I don't need to apply right rudder in 2.0. In 1.5.....I need it big time. I don't fly any other WWII aircraft.
  13. Its a bug of some sort. Fly the P51 in 1.5 and be sure that takeoff assistance is set to 0. You will absolutely notice the difference.
  14. Count me in. It would be nice to find a few guys that enjoyed an occasional A10C coop mission without the pressure of a formal squadron. I've been flying with Blooze for almost two years (off and on) and the mission atmosphere is casual without losing focus of the mission goals. Over that time period, there have been more than a few guys that he has helped introduce to the A10C. If you are someone who is "mature" and been flying the Hog single player and want to step into multiplayer...this is the format. For me, multiplayer is where its at.

    Air refueling

Absolutely....if you try to fly the basket you'll be all over the sky. Also, don't accelerate too quickly in order to dive at the basket to connect....you might make a connection but you won't maintain it. Slow and steady is good....no different than refueling any of the other aircraft.
  16. It works as it should in 1.5. If I use takeoff assistance its very, very easy. If I slide it back to zero, you have your hands full....at least I do.
  17. Interesting thing......in 1.5...takeoff assistance had been set at 100....must have happened with the update. With the setting at 0, the takeoff is as it should be.....difficult. I assumed I would find the same thing in 2.0, however takeoff assistance had been left at 0 which is where I always keep it. Yet, the takeoff in 2.0 was too easy as though takeoff assistance was set to 100. For me, the issue resides with 2.0 only.
  18. I just tested the P51 in both 1.5 and 2.0. It is much easier to takeoff than it had been. Too easy.
  19. Try using the W key.... See if you veer off. If you do you'll know it's not your pedals. If not, check the pedal settings. Maybe recalibrate.
  20. True, but there are other flight sims that encompass entire continents that can run on mainstream computers......
  21. I have the 7.5cm and I'm very happy with it. However, I just ordered the 10cm from Sahaj to compare. So, I may be selling one of them in the near future depending on my trial.
  22. That makes sense but then why build the SOH map so small? There is so much potential in the surrounding areas.
  23. I agree with Socket7. I've had my WH apart many times. I can't imagine how that angle could damage anything. Having said that, I would go with the 45 degree modification that you mentioned. I would also STRONGLY recommend an extension. They are pricey....but I wouldn't fly without it.
  24. I don't mean this as a criticism. It's a question. A small company like Laminar (X-Plane) is able to model most of the world. DCS has very limited maps that take years to develop. In a nutshell....so an imbecile like myself could understand.....what is the difference in designing that causes such a limit? Granted, most airports in XPlane require designs submitted by outside sources, including users. I'm really just curious.
  25. I think that the BS map will still be the best setup for Blue vs Red A2A.....unfortunately.
