I've gone through the manual and can't seem to get the ILS to work. I've tuned in the proper frequency and I believe I've powered up the ILS...I'm not sure if A or M powers it up but I've tried both. The ILS information doesn't display on the HUD. Any help would be appreciated.

The Mirage is my last PRE-PURCHASE of anything from DCS. I am disappointed with the Hawk and now this..... I have no problem using a beta. I'm not particularly happy about paying $50 for an alpha. NO MORE PRE-PURCHASES!! Please tell me the Nav lights are on the list of things to be changed.... Falcon BMS called and wants them back.

Will the cockpit eventually be completely clickable like the A10C?

+1 Disappointed in the lack of FULLY clickable cockpit. Hopefully that will be changed. It's definitely not the Mig21 or A10C.

ED would have to release more than one product per month based on the above list........ That's not going to happen......not even close . SOH map, Gazelle, a WW2 plane or two would be more realistic. I would be happy with SOH and the F18 by this time next year.

I thought I was the only maniac who checked tracking multiple times per day. It appears I didn't need a therapist after all. Well, at least not the Austrian one with the goatee and white coat that my wife suggested.

I'm just asking what the sweeter part of that deal is......... I love DCS....I'm addicted to it....but being alone.....has its own rewards.

I currently have 1.2, 1.5 and 2.0 installed. I never uninstalled 1.2 because I wasn't sure how the final version of 2.0 was going to be pushed out. I thought it might be an update to 1.2 so I figured I keep the install just in case. However, I have about 50 gbs free space on my SSD and I am concerned when DCS combines 1.5 and 2.0 at the end of the year. Will this be a fourth install??? Obviously I would then be able to uninstall 1.5 but figured the new version may used files already installed. Anyway.....what would be the downside to uninstalling 1.2???

I wouldn't be concerned. I had the same messages.

I love the cockpit textures.......The Hawk is still a WIP so that cockpit doesn't count. The A10C, F86, Mig21 and even the F15C (C@sper mod) are fantastic. Videos of the L39 cockpit look great as well. I'm not sure it can get much better without taking a huge hit to performance. Be sure to have shadows enabled.

Yurgon.......I think we deserve classified information. Its DCS World for God's sake. It's not like its going to fall into the wrong hands.

I agree...the original winter terrain in 1.5 was impressive. There were times it made it hard to read the HUD in the A10C....but I did like them.

I would like to hear from a real world pilot in this matter. Targets with camo paint can't be easy to spot. Particularly in desert terrain. I agree it has become much harder.....I'm just not sure if that isn't more realistic.

I'm going to wait to see what the reaction is to Oculus Rift. If it isn't quite ready, I think I'm going ultra wide.
