Any major upgrades, if they WERE to happen, would be years away. By then, we will have the F18, F14 and who know what else. The M2000C will be long forgotten.

It is implemented. Both the yellow localizer and glideslope needles come alive. They aren't very bright and nearly impossible to see if you have instrument lights on.

Keep in mind the performance hit at Nellis with too many static aircraft and AI traffic. You can't get crazy with it.

I've mapped it to RAlt, RCTRL + L. The same mapping for the Open Beta.

SEAD is badly needed in a NATO aircraft. Now that would be a great addition to the DCS sandbox.

Since upgrading 1.2 to 1.5, I've noticed that the red anti-collision lights are not working. I've tested them in OB 1.5 and OA 2.0 and they work fine.

I found that if I approached at a lower altitude which shallowed my dive (which was against my instinct) the reticle appeared.

My only concern regarding the Mirage 2000C variant is it's limited capability as an addition to the DCS sandbox. Don't misunderstand me, I am really enjoying learning the aircraft and I can't wait until everything is fixed/implemented. One of the many great things about the DCS A10C (a masterpiece) is how it offers a wide array of mission scenarios. It would be a shame if the M2000 couldn't be "upgraded" because RAZBAM has done a beautiful job modelling the aircraft and in particular the cockpit (take a flight at 7AM in June at Nellis and the sun/shadows are beautiful). I would happily pay a reasonable amount for an upgrade as suggested by King Hrothgar. I'm may not know much about business, but thinking long term.....If I were RAZBAM I would hope to be selling this module for years to come. How will it compete with the likes of aircraft planned for the future. Put yourself in the place of a future newcomer to DCS.

Not a complaint but an observation (possible bug/s)........flew a mission last night with a buddy and we both had trouble locking up Mig21s. We were able to lock up with TWS, however when the second lock was applied to go STT, the lock was lost. I'm not sure that is a bug or a characteristic of the radar. I also had multiple contacts jumping all over the display from 10 to 20nm in range......we were in formation and he had no contacts at all. Also, all my RWR indicators are center screen....I'm aware that the RWR measures strength, not distance.

What tanker can be used with the M2000? I'm aware that a fuel transfer is not implemented but I would like to practice with a dry connect.

It really comes down to maps. If the NTTR map was expanded to include California (particularly Southern California), then you could include things like Pilot Edge (http://www.pilotedge.net/), VATSIM which might attract some folks from XPlane, FSX and P3D. Although the graphics with EDGE are fantastic, it can't compete with a worldwide map. I have to tell you, after flying the graphics with NTTR map, it's hard to go back to XPlane.

Run IPCONFIG from the command prompt. Make sure that the IPv4 address matches what you have set on your router.

Over the past week I've posted some negative comments about the M2000. I even attempted a refund before the release. I stated that I would no longer purchase pre-releases. I was a D-bag. I would like to take this opportunity to take that all back and extend an apology to ZEUS and the entire Razbam team. Yes, being a Beta there are items that need to be fixed and the time it takes to implement those fixes is important. But, I'm very happy I didn't get a refund and I've enjoyed every minute spent learning the aircraft (even some of the frustrating ones). The aircraft is visually superb and I am looking forward to the planned implementations. Again, my apologies for my actions.

I did read pg. 58.......thanks for your thought out reply. Another reason why the flight sim community is slow small.
