  1. EDIT-I think I wired it wrong-EDIT
  2. This is what i used to do with my X52pro throttle. Lets say the right engine is out. 1.Pull throttle back to Idle, so this would bring both engines throttles to idle. Use the hot key to place the right engine throttle to shutoff position. This will keep it from moving forward when you are push running engine throttle back up. 2. Start APU Make sure before you trying starting right engine have max airspeed with one engine running. 3.Pull throttle back so left engine is at idle and use hot key to start right engine. Then once started go about your business.
  3. EDIT- Sorry, Changing direction here so you are playing on the monitor while you are getting the error, What are the Oculus IR axis labeled in the axis control section. Because if you are not using Oculus at the time maybe its reading the IR axis has been disconnected. DCS is sending the error. It might read IR axis the same. And it might be not refering to Track Ir. Just a thought.
  4. Hello Debolestis, I been thinking of buying some knobs for my X55 throttle that I placed 2 alps switches in the right handle. I was thinking for this I was going to buy 2 DMS castle knobs or F16 cursor knobs. Is there a option to get the inserts with the knobs. Like the ones you have in your alps switch holders. I had already placed knobs before you holders were developed. Here is the single post from MMjoy. Bottom Pic. Thanks! https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2819957&postcount=104
  5. That is awesome! I Have to give this try...Thanks for sharing!
  6. Hello Raceguy like the pit doing a outstanding job. Got one question about your dremel tho. Can you show me the whole set up for your dremel tool. Sort of looks like a CNC table? Thanks!
  7. Hey DBO Thanks for asking. Yes they are the Z5500's i have had them for a long time too, They do sound good and you can push volume way up. Good quality.. As for the Mount my original mount was attached to the chair with a small platform just above the seat but when I got the Thrustmaster stick and i built the ext i need to place it on the center post the holds the table for the forth monitor with MFCD's. With the EXT i made I needed to move closer to the center between the seat and table. And the spring solution is temporary. I need to figure something else out.
  8. Nice work!Curious what kind of controller board you going to use?
  9. My bad I didn't understand completely. I did some testing just to understand completely. Curious what do you like about moving the TrackIR_Z to the zoom view section? The only way I could make all three zooms work together TrackIr_Z, ZoomView axis and Zoom In/Out slowly with key binds was to keep TrackIR_Z in the default spot, once I moved it out of the default spot or placed another control in the same default category of the TrackIR_Z. I had same results having to pause TrackIR.
  10. So I have had it happen a few updates too. For some reason it dumps the TRACKIR_Z from the axis section. I Just clicked on the field and use the scroll down menu in the spot you would bind the axis and add manually the TRACKIR_Z. I personally have not had this happen since a few patches. And I am not for sure it was the update that caused it. But a squad mate new about it and helped me fix it.
  11. I actually have the simulation kit its pretty strong. I have screwed it to my cockpit chair just below the center of seat near my stick.I can't compared to the buttkicker 2 cause i have never used it. So I have a wooden cockpit I have built and it shakes it pretty good.. I got mine from buttkicker.com http://www.thebuttkicker.com/simulation-kit I see your across the pond and looks like your site sells a 240volt version of course mine is 110v FYI.
  12. Hello Precog just a thought for your chair since you don't have a center post I would check in to something like this. http://www.ricmotech.com/product_p/rmt-bkg2-mnt.htm You could buy a piece galvanized floor flange buy the right pipe diameter for you buttkicker 2 and mount to the bottom center of the chair. http://www.essentialhardware.com/world-wide-sourcing-27-1g-galvanized-malleable-floor-flange-1-207589.html?utm_campaign=google&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&gclid=CNrx6YOm_84CFReSfgodG4ILjg I wouldn't buy the part from the first link just a idea but local hardware you might be able to come up with something similar.
  13. This looks cool. http://www.eleetus.com/home Has pitch, roll and yaw.
  14. Nice, That looks good. Thanks for sharing. What is the software you use for that. That actually is a good idea making a panel fits all aircraft you fly. I think that's why I never broke down and bought the Thrustmaster throttle. I would miss all the Extra buttons.
  15. Hey Braeden, do you have a guide or pdf of the throttle plate. I have been collecting PDF's and DXF files of A10 panels but I have not ran across a throttle plate like the warthogs just cause of the Thrustmaster throttle. I have been thinking of taking a piece of clear plexiglass and to buy a package of sticker lettering drill the wholes and stick the lettering on the appropriate spots, spray primer, paint and maybe a clear coat for strength over the paint then peel the lettering off. Then screw or glue a piece of opaque white plexi behind that. Maybe the light would shine thru the white plexi and would radiate the whole panel.
  16. Ah ok! I see you can edit your Options.lua If you feel comfortable with that. C:\Users\your name\Saved Games\DCS\Config Below the Input folder is your Options.lua open it up At the top you see "options = {" scroll down till you see the graphics section follow the graphic section to ["multiMonitorSetup"] = "1 screen", in between the quotes you'll see "3 screen" delete and type in 1 where the 3 is.. I have had to do that acouple of times to get out of the lopsided screen straight. Oh!!! and you'll also find the ["height"]middle of graphic section, and at the bottom of graphic section you'll see ["width"] that the screen resolution height would be 1080 and width would be 1920 if you are 1920x1080 monitor. After changes hit save EDIT-Not for sure if there is a key option to open it.Other way might be delete you Options.lua file the game on restart would remake the file that might also get you back in service. You would to reset all your graphic settings. I just actually did that the other day trying to fix a FPS problem I was tracking.
  17. Hello Gibson, In the upper top left hand corner of the game right after log in there is a cog thats the setting button that open a window with tabs.
  18. Nice find!
  19. I like the idea with the rear speakers!
  20. Hello Sea_Gull. I got a thought for MFCD's to be placed on the center platform just below the main monitor. Are you going to run another monitor for MFCD's. I placed a 23in for mine and took apart the screen base mounting plate and took the hinge and screwed it to the table of my pit you could bolt it or place it on a secondary piece to the center table. It could be temp if you placed it on its own piece easy to move when gaming with out MFCD.
  21. Hey Sokol1 that is cool i have a Suncom grip i wanted rehab in to a USB.. That's a nice find thanks for sharing..EDIT- I found project link and PCB GBL file for download.
  22. Hi, Is the switch going bad if it a momentary switch normal off and press on that would short meter to create the beep maybe the switch is dirty or bad causing enough continuity to show a quick short on the meter. Try shorting the leads with out the switch on the meter and see if you get same results? I think there is a level of voltage the meter uses to read a continuity between 2 conductors to give you a ohm reading. "Maybe there is a capacitor bleeding off".<---Not totaly sure about this. You have a switch isolated off all the joysticks pcbs?
