  1. Went from a 4790K (4.9ghz) to 9700K (5.1ghz), nice bump on my Pimax 5K+. Also went to a new motherboard and from 16GB to 32GB of RAM at the same time though, so hard to really decipher any clear details on what caused what.
  2. It jumps around between the cores (unless you lock it to one, or a certain number of cores)...but it's still only using 2 cores at any given time. It's how the game is coded and Wags, ED, et al have confirmed this hundreds of times. In their words "It would be a massive undertaking to change this."
  3. The price breaks on the online warehouses aren’t much. The cheap prices can be had on random surplus on eBay, so not sure what you’ve said would be true...at least not materially true. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. That’s a SRS question, see the SRS Discord for help. It’s likely that your audio output in SRS isn’t set properly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Lol, right? My 5-way OTTO comms switch for my throttle was $185 alone for one switch, made the price of the grip seem very reasonable to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Love the OTTO switches, might to the same modifications to mine  Will follow along with you to see how it works out for you. I have all OTTO switches on my throttle, so want to ensure the buttons on my grip are up to par.
  7. How is that one little panel with $1.50/ea Chinese switches $600? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Looks pretty much identical to the real thing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. TM Warthog is a bit over 1000g, TM Hornet is a bit over 800g. Real Hornet grip is also a bit over 800g. Doesn’t really matter though bc required actuation force in the Hornet (the real one) is higher than any joystick base we have available to us. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. You can order it on Amazon now, releases 7/25. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. With the new update (yes I know the VR improvement didn’t make it in), I’m running mostly 35-40 on the ground and mostly holding 45 in the air. Everything set to High, trees full, visibility to Ultra. 1.0 PD and no MSAA. Not a single jitter or stutter, but I’ve never had those. Excited for the VR update to drop, might be able to add some PD then and still hold 45. All of this is based on MP servers like Blue Flag and DDCS. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. TM F/A-18C STICK Slid in there when it was at $169 earlier on Amazon. VPC T-50 base and Sahaj 15cm extension are ready and waiting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I have 32GB. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Saw a nice bump in FPS with the update to 2.5.5 update today in my Pimax, looking forward to even more FPS with the real VR update in the coming weeks [emoji1305] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Prior TM press releases/marketing materials have indicated their cycle for a new full HOTAS system is 2020.
  16. Muscle memory is a beautiful thing. Full pits will enhance the immersion of VR, and mouse grabbing or keyboard strokes become easily engrained with time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Because before the grip was ready for production, the base they’ve sold for several years was built for compatibility with the WH grip. Similar to what VPC does. Clearly, for you owning a WH grip already with no interest in the base, if you don’t a) want more button presses on the grip or b) want their mil-spec version or c) want a grip with the proper Viper style tilt at the neck, it’s not for you. Pretty simple concepts to grasp. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Ah, I see! Guess I will check this out next time I’m on the PC then. Thank you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Core features as well, making CA less of a train wreck, etc. All would be much preferred for me to any more jets. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. DCS and Pimax Has been out for a while now in Beta. Using it for probably a month or so with no issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Hornet Stick add-on live for Euro They aren’t making it for you to put on your Warthog base, they are making it to put on their base. Try to keep up. Also, the Viper grip is different than the Warthog on the angles. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Because the people that are making it make a realistic F-16 base that is force sensing, like the real thing, not a gimbal. Also because the F-16 grip is slanted forward at the neck unlike the A-10 (but this can be solved for with an adapter). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Fingers crossed that it’s related to fixing the errors in the current way it works, at least as much as able (given restrictions) [emoji1695] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Fingers crossed for 2.5.5 tomorrow, and the VR improvements along with it [emoji1695] Either way, not too far off now so it’s all good either way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Uninstalled the Harrier a long time ago (probably about a year or so ago, since it was when the Hornet came out). Not worth wasting the SSD space on it. Huge letdown. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
