Just semantics. The CTD occurs when connecting to the master server. I don't care if the moon is causing the problem, its a master server bug. And that is how everyone who has the problem will recognize it. And if it is purely a client side problem, then why does it work sometimes and not others? Nothing is changing on the client side, what is changing is what is being sent from the master server. So when can we expect 1.2.1?

Well the master server bug was said to be known, and a fix would be released with the next major release. Each DCS:W update has come with the other module releases... So... I was actually hoping this 1.2.1 update would come with FC3. It makes sense. I guess I was just too optimistic. Keep laughing though. I am sure that will motivate people to buy a broken game.

So you are comparing this game breaking bug to vulnerabilities? Seriously? I have never not been able to use a MS product because of a bug. Ever. At least MS talks to you. You can find out all the information on bugs and vulnerabilities. We don't get jack from ED. Sure there is. If we rant and moan enough maybe ED will fix a pretty major bug, instead of waiting to roll it into an enormous epic patch months from now. Seems to work for everything other product in the world that has flaws.

I usually wait just this long. But I have heard it is technically still 'aligning' after these first few seconds, and that you will get more drift. I usually die to quick to care.

Well we had tried getting ED involved since BS was in beta and still part of LO.... Just needs something to split local data and host data. There should be no problem exporting local data of any sort, at least that I can think of.

They are not in high volume production. It is still a beta product. Although buying now, he provides free upgrades that are made. But even then, they can take a while to make it to you.

This seems like the same problem the X45 and X52 had. The inverse cone that the spring pressed on, developed ridges, that then created the un-smoothness. I used a dry teflon grease which helped, but eventually moved to the Cougar. Considering the mods done to the Cougar, I can definitely see one of you guys making a new ball on ball 'gimbal'. Should be much easier than the Cougar gimbals.

I think your explanation was good, but maybe using incorrect terms besides it. To call it a placebo, or an impression, means that nothing was changed and people just 'feel' like something was. But if I read you correctly, there was an actual change, that had the effect that he is seeing.

Which I already paid for all of that with DCS:A10C. This 'upgrade' is just putting the BS into the A10C, world. Which is what should have been done to begin with. Unless I am missing something, is there something else that has actually been done that I am paying for? From what I can tell on the upgrade list, its everything that is in A10C already. I can see paying for an upgrade to but BS into FC2, that was never intended.

Let me see if I understand this. I have DCS:Ka50. I have DCS:A10C. And I have to pay to play them together?
