  1. Excellent! Can't wait for the english labbeled cockpit!
  2. If you have to fly an IFR route, how do you set / observe track deviation?
  3. And in HAF' s english labbeled cockpit its displayed as "LP (Low Pressure) Main Cock'' ( = shut off valve) . See Picture here http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=120580&page=189
  4. Also, with 530 selected, as long the target is locked, there is the target BOX, missile circle and the range scale (see Picture on post 23). When target lock is lost (or when radar is put in silence mode?), all these indications dissapear, including the circle
  5. Look at this thread (page 2) http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=156963
  6. Also, with guns selected and a radar lock, there is no scale range, the distance is displayed only with the counter clockwise moving pipper circle. (1200m at the 12' position, 900m at 9', 600m at 6' and 300m at 3'). Only the closure speed is displayed in a box
  7. When 530 selected, targets range remains in nm.
  8. Another observation (from the video with the 530 symbology). When the target's distance drops to / below 1,9 miles and magics are selected, the distance on the range scale changes to meters (34 - 3400m) and the caret moves immediate up
  9. Another video. Most of the time the target is in a triangle. [ame] [/ame]
  10. Look at 14:00 and forward. The pilot aligns the runway with the -2,5 deg. pitch line (which is missing now, hopefully Razbam will add it) and places the fpm on the runway threshold. As you can see, during the approach the fpm is above the aoa bracket, only during flare the airplane reduces speed (from 158 - 154 to 144 kts) [ame] [/ame]
  11. Also, some times, under the heading scale there is a second triangle (uper right photo) with a changing Number below it or a single triangle with a number. What is this? And when is there a triangle around the target and not a circle or a box?

    Screwdriver?

It's a knife and can save lifes .... . On 30th September 1997 a HAF Mirage 2000EG from 332 Sq. was on a night final approach at Skyros airbase. As you can see from the attatched photo, the airport is near the sea. Due to fatigue / vertigo the pilot landed in the water few meters before the runway threshold. Media claimed, that the pilot was distructed from lights of small ships, that were fishing in the area . The plane ditched perfectly, and intact sinked to the bottom of the sea (depth was couple of m). The pilot realised the situtation and tried to save his life in the pure darkness. He managed to open the canopy and release the upper harness of the ejection Seat. As he tried to release the leg restraint lines (see ejection Seat photo in razbams manual) the survival life west, oppened automatic, as supposed to be (when coming in contact with water). Due to that the pilot couldn't free his legs and drowned .... . Don't know if he tried to use the knife to blast the survival vest and cut the Lines. The plane was repaired and returned to service. 13. Yes, please pilot in the cockpit (as an option) Even if the cockpit is tight and his legs will cover part of the side panels, that's why we have trackir to move our heads around the cockpit like in Real life
  14. Yes, please! It's difficult to remember all these french words
  15. Two more good videos that can provide some feedback about the flight performance - inertia during roll . At the beginning of the First video S530 symbology can be seen, the missile circle apears much smaller than the simulated from razbam. Also the vertical dashed Line indication for the vertical CCM looks to me lengthier. Perhaps some cosmetic changes can been also made (keep in mind that the tapes are from HAF Mirage 2000eg RDM - not RDI). [ame] [/ame] [ame] [/ame]
  16. What are representing the various markers in the S530 range scale on the HUD? (Rmax, Rmin and what else, i see various markers).
  17. As soon as i switch from PID(tws) to PIC (stt), the target altitude on the upper right corner on the radar screen jumps immediate down . eg. from 6500 to 1999. My understanding is that the symbology doesn't change between the two modes.
  18. I can confirm that
  19. In some chapters, the manual is very vague and needs to be more specific. I disovered some items alone. As an example, there is no mention about the various aural warnings and when exactly they are triggered. Also the hud sumbology for the ccm is not explained (vertical dashed Line, horizontal dashed Line, or dashed circle with a Cross). Or how can we select the previous or next waypoint (through the + - keys, they are working in beta version). Or what represent on the fuel tapes the yellow and Red arrows. Or where the parking brake is located. Also, what are representing the various markers in the weapons range scale on the hud
  20. 1) Tried a Standard overhead traffic pattern with 10kts crosswind (90 deg. relative to the runway). During rolls (90 deg. angles) the horizont Line on the hud moved eratically up or down, so, during the turn, i was loosing altitude, although the fpm was above the horizont Line or the opposite. I observed that this problem occured only during low speeds (below 280kts, perhaps also in low altitutes). 2) And, although the crosswind was not strong, the fpm (with wings level) was not visible on the hud (strong bump effect, don't know if this is normal) 3) Also the switches on the fuel control panel are not working.
  21. The M2000 is very sharp in rolling. Look at the following video (from HAF M2000 Simulator)at 12:34 and espacially at 12:54 [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdgZ7K2piRY[/ame] .
  22. The 41 24 numbers on the right of the TDC cursor are the altitude scan area on the cursor point and the 22 on the left is the distance , right? Haven't found any relevant Information in razbam's manual or am i missing something?
  23. Is an (optional) pilot leg mode planned for the cockpit? Tried it in bms and it adds tremendousely to the i'm there immersion. The cockpit looks empty without the pilot legs.
  24. One forum member requested more photos so here we go. Side note :The yellow / black EMER FUEL lever on the first Picture is a very small alternate throttle lever, used only in Emergency situations instead of the normal throttle .
  25. Few more. I want to mention that in Real life, the m2000 cockpit is very tight. It's like wearing a slim fit pant. The instruments have the size of a big wrist watch. Also, the color of the M2000C cockpit is in First person much darker, almost black, and not gray, like in the photos. The 2000- 5 cockpit is black.
