No time window for release was given?

I have bought it a few months ago and haven't used it much given the dcs warbird community is hibernating at the moment but I was really happy at the quality of the map and you can tell there was effort put into it. I did not notice bad performance either. Maybe it's just because I haven't used it enough to be able to tell, I don't know but right now I don't get why you guys are complaining.

Drifting ASL With Wind Using Mk82Y & Mk82XT Hi, I have noticed what seems like a glitch with Mk82Y and Mk82XT in auto mode (CCRP). The azimuth steering line (ASL) is unsteady and keeps drifting from side to side, even at the last second, making it really hard to make a precise drop. The problem is present only when there is wind but is pretty annoying even with moderate winds (10 kts). I remember having the same issue a year or two ago in the A-10C. Regular slick munition Mk 82 does not suffer from this. Only retarded munitions are affected. I saved a bunch of tracks testing in different conditions. Nice to see you got the issue sorted! This is why I had advocated for removing game flight mode in the past. Very few people use it and it's not even working correctly in several modules, creating problems for people who enable it by accident.

I'm not sure about the validity of this study. I once had 4*Zunis + 3*fuel tanks + 2*AIM-7 + 2*AIM-9 and it made it a lot slower than 4*Mk-82 + 3*fuel tanks + 2*AIM-120 + 2*AIM-9.

I flew the L-39 yesterday, did a take off roll and did not notice any of that.

Hi, I found a bug I had already experienced long before and decided to report it this time. No, not never. Maybe one day but not in the near future. Even in ten years, it would be quite an optimistic wish.

@OP This an unrealistic expectation. Yes, you can download all the photo tiles from Bing or Google and make an entire photorealistic earth that way. In theory it sounds amazingly awesome. In practice not so much... There are a lot of tiles that don't fit with each other in terms of colors (depending of when the associated satellite picture was taken). So you end up with a square of green and a square of orange / brown next to each other, which looks completely disgusting. You can always color correct tiles one by one but imagine the manpower associated with that... Also not all areas are available in high res. A lot of places (including first world country) are still only available in low res and they would look awful in the sim unless you're flying at very high altitude. When it comes to a whole world where you can control a soldier, drive any vehicle, including submarines, go to the grocery store or whatever... that's just way too much to ask. ED would need to hire the entire Arma, Grand Theft Auto and Silent Hunter dev teams to make it happen! Let's be a bit sensible here.

Pressing LCTRL+Y in cockpit should do the trick (provided you didn't check the option that prevents it inside the gameplay options menu).

The F-14A was later upgraded just like the F-14B was, and stayed in service up until the '00s. A famous squadron who remained on the F-14A up until the end is the VF-211 "Checkmates". As a consequence, the F-14A actually carried AIM-54C, Lantirn and GBUs, even JDAMs.

I'm no expert but if it is signed, there shouldn't be a risk, right?
