Dankie Boet, very nice, I wish I had the patients to learn how to skin, I want to make all my planes use the old SAAF liveries, We also had the F-86's, I have pictures of the livery in SA colours, I wish someone would skin those.
  3. It just tales lots of practice bro, I get better every time I fly it, I can now land with out breaking a part off or meeting my maker, I never ever thought I would be able to fly it, but it's taken me awhile to get right, an FFB joystick helped me alot though I must say, much easier when you can feel the trim, my Huey skills have got a lot better since I got my hands on an FFB stick. Can't land on farps, ships or building's, I just cant get the huey into a hover yet, but I am getting close, try and try again is the only way really.
  4. Oh no I am in big trouble then, I cannot dance for sh!t.
  5. Damn, you get the MiG in a glider model too??? Who knew. Are you using mods bro?
  6. Manuals????? Whats that??? hehe.:music_whistling:
  7. Awesome, thanks bud.
  8. Dear Evil Corporate Overlord Good job sire, I look forward to eating bark for a few months to purchase this module, actually I am going to stock up on some essential bark and bugs for that very day, that way if it goes on pre sell I am ready. Don't let me down you hear your majesty, its a lot more work getting food this way than buying it in a store Your serf Nevyn
  9. My way will probably get a whole lot of people in a state, but what I found works the best is to hold the trimmer down, get into position you want and then release it, I do runway landings like that and other things. You have to be light on the stick though if you want to do it that way, no abrupt movements, you gotta keep it smooth.
  10. Interesting mate, good stuff.
  11. Thanks bro, saved me some work that.
  12. 72 OP???? Yipppee I still have 30 years of DCS ahead of me at least. I bet you going to live to a 100 or more OP, DCS will keep you young. We might even see EDGE before we die, hehehe.... Keep it up ED, you made a lot of us pretty happy with life, I reckon most of go to sleep at night/day really wishing we didn't have to sleep, or work for that matter.
  13. The wingmen are drunk on vodka most times I reckon.
  14. I check every mission I download for the config/view folder, if its there it gets deleted, a bit of a chore but well nothing about DCS is easy now is it, hehe.
  15. It took me 2 months to save up for the Mig21, I have been eating roots and bark for weeks now, but I bought it finally, few days ago. Was it worth all the bowel movements and cold sweats caused by the poisonous bugs I sometimes caught to supplement my self imposed vegan diet?.............Oh yes it was indeed, and I am almost back to full health already, so double bonus.;)
  16. Thanks guys, I thought it was something I did.
  17. Thats like the searchlight from the huey, damn, we in the twilight zone bro, hehe.
  18. Does anybody know what is causing this, it happens no matter what skin I use, I thought it may be the customs skins, but the default ones do it too. I mean it looks pretty cool and all, but still.
  19. hehehe
  20. When I fly the huey I feel physically drained after that, I have to take a nap, hehe.
  21. I have a Thrustmaster Hotas Flight stick X or something like that, not by choice but simply because I cannot get a warthog or any of those types of flight sticks here in my country, the shipping cost were half the price of the stick, madness. But I was surprised at this stick I got, its not too bad, you can separate the throttle and it has a rudder control kind of thing on the throttle so you dont have to use the twist stick. It has enough buttons that you can simulate the HOTAS controls of the warthog, if you get creative. Its not force feedback though http://www.thrustmaster.com/products/tflight-hotas-x I have heard its around $70 in the states, I paid about $120 for the damn thing, but it works, it made flying a lot more fun.
