  1. Thanks for the guide Chuck helpful.
  2. They would definitely laugh themselves to death :)
  3. I didn't change any hardware and I am getting this problem, I have owned this module for months, but as of today it keeps prompting me for activation.
  4. This is the end, beautiful friend This is the end, my only friend, the end Of our elaborate plans, the end Of everything that stands, the end No safety or surprise, the end I'll never look into your eyes, again
  5. This is my problem too. I should take advantage of this sale, but I am not going to, I lost intrest in this module awhile back. I just came to read the forums to see if people like the C-101 and what they have to say about it. So I found your post interesting, because as I said I have same problem as you, the goddamn exchange rate, and our currency is worth a lot less than the Australian dollar, it's so frustrating.
  6. Yeah this one took me a while to figure out, I kept forgetting to swtich on the AC generators, then when I remembered that I kept forgetting to put the throttle??? in Auto mode. But those days are long gone now, thank goodness, hehe.
  7. Thanks reaper, I have never read anything about a doppler, so this is helpful, I just thought it was the INU and that was it. Good stuff.
  8. Didn't know that thanks.
  9. Yeah I reckon they would add INU Fix points, its the only time I have ever seen that on the Ekran, if you want train yourself on using them then Dragon Training pack has them in his missions, I think anyway, or you could build your own mission with them in. I add them into my missions when I design them, for me everything must be a realistic as possible. If I am wrong about dragons training pack having them in then just let me know I will design you a basic mission with an INU fix point in it so you can get some training in. ( Sorry I just cant remember Dragon has them in, but I am sure he does.) I think Ekran reports them when you are about 18 miles or kilometers from the fix point, and you can see them on the Abris too. Edit: And it does take 3 mins to align the INU from a cold start, warm start is 30 secs, thats from everything I have read. I stay on the ground for 3 mins after switching on the INU anyway so I have never tested it to check, but apparently if you do hover take off and engage the hover mode, if the INU is not aligned properly the KA-50 will not hover, it will try and get to the position it thinks you are at.
  10. You are flying near a INU fix point, it allows you to realign the nav system, or some such thing, there is a procedure in the manual to align the INU using these points. As far as I know it really doesn't make a difference if you do the realignment or not, its not modeled but fun to do anyway. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=45907 If I misunderstood something in your post and you know this already, ignore me.
  11. They used cheat codes and flew on easy.
  12. Nice find OP, thanks for sharing mate.
  13. Thanks mate.
  14. Lol.
  15. Your woman flys DCS??? awesome, she got a sister or cousin? I reckon she blew you up because you haven't done the dishes yet.
  16. I reckon the campaign is the way to go, the standard campaign is a bit tedious but it does train your muscle memory and its pretty easy. After while you dont even have to think about things, you can concentrate on situational awareness then and other stuff.
  17. Thanks for this bro, I can relate to the “There are no squirrely airplanes, just squirrely pilots.”, I am one of those. I remember thinking with the P-51D, how can anybody fly this thing without having a nervous breakdown, but got easier as time went on, smoother, I still suck though, but not as much as I did, I can taxi and get into the air with most of the plane still intact, Great Success as Borat would say.
  18. Push ' in flight and then you will get a mission summary, in the middle column at the bottom below the mission score is a thing called result, when the result is 100%, you done. Well this is how it is in BS2 I doubt its different for you. As reaper says, its does not automatically load the next mission for you, you press escape when you done and exit, takes a bit of getting used to that, but you do eventually. See attachment.
  19. Yeah that also happened to me, I will be flying a sortie a little later, I will check if its still happening. EDIT: Sorry didn't see your other post.
  20. Are you using the shoulder mod bro? Edit: I use the shoulder mod, look what it does, I never actually go into the gunners seat, so don't ever notice it. There is a fix somewhere on these forums if this is your problem, I just can't find it at the moment
  21. See, problem solved, now everybody can go have a beer and shake hands and be friends again, happy days.
