  1. This mod enables the possiblity to have the KC-135, E-2C and E-3A aircraft show up on SADL. I heard somewhere (?) that all aircraft detected by AWACS are designated by a Track Number and displayed in the SADL. That includes both friendly, and hostile aircraft. In addition, I heard from that same somewhere (???) that some of the latest KC-135 tankers are able to transmit their position in the SADL. It works exactly like how you would set a tanker's TACAN channel in the mission editor. How to: Add an advanced waypoint action for the desired aircraft, - TYPE: Peform Command. - ACTION: EPLRS. - ENABLE: checked. Works in both 1.5 and 2.0 Download Link (JSGME Ready): SADL MOD - 14AUG16 Notes: - AFAIK Track Number for AI aircraft cannot be set, they usually start in "0" so make sure you set your net numbers to deconflict accordingly (A-10C TAD). - In multiplayer, only the server host has to run the mod. All other player can join with or without it. - Fails Integrity Check.
  2. Don't shut her up, she's just trying to tell you that she cares and doesn't want you to become a fireball. Try changing the min AGL altitude to something that will actually require you to jump off your seat and adjust your flight path. For example, if you're planning to fly at 500AGL, set it to 300AGL. Lesson here is not to become complacent and ignore the warnings, thay are there to tell you that you need to correct!
  3. Awesome, thanks again. Now it's time to find out what it's useful for.
  4. Ohhh OK, so that's how it works. Thanks a lot :) Would this work too? With 3' being the updated wypt 3.
  5. Ok thanks. Can you elaborate on how to use it?
  6. The manual vaguely mentions this feature and how it's supposed to work. I assume that this is used to create offset waypoints from the selected waypoint. If this is the case this would come in handy for finding coordinates of a target picked up by the Vivianne. Is it HDG and then Distance in Km? Any ideas/insights?
  7. Lat Long Coords are Set as a Latitude (N/S) followed by the Longitude (E/W). UTM is a Grid Zone Designator followed by the Easting and Northing. As you can see the order is somewhat "reversed". Now I don't know the reason behind this or the design decision, but I'd say that we have to enter the easting for UTm in the second line because of the light indications in the display for N/S are in the upper line and the E/W lights are on the second line.
  8. Hey, The NADIR "4" key binding is somehow pressing the "5" in the actual cockpit, so the only way to select waypoint for is by manually clicking it. Another thing I've noticed is tha the Autopilot Altitude Hold button is not a toggle, you have to hold the key press in order to maintain the switch in place, same for the speed hold. In addition, the flare dispenser cover behaves in the same manner.
  9. Awesome stuff! Thanks!
  10. More like RFOA-10G. XD
  11. About Mission Planing: - How much care is put for fuel consumption and ETAs? - Do you use the data from flight planning and adhere to the parameters during the flight? Do you reference some sort of Lineup Card during cruise? - How do you prepare, fuel-wise and time-wise, your flight plan if AAR is to be done? How often do you top off the tanks in AAR? - When a DTOT is set, do you plan for a "buffer" time in between legs of the flight? - For short flights, like maybe homestation flights, do you take off with less than 100% fuel?
  12. You gotta face the music if you wanna dance. In other words, point your aircraft to where you wanna shoot stuff to. The Mavericks have a 10 degree cone around the longitudinal axis of the weapon and a 15 degrees down rectangle. If u notice the botton crosshairs line has three dashes that indicate 5, 10 and 15 degress down from centerline. So, in order to achieve a good lock u need to place the tgt inside that "Keyhole".
  13. U could test it by having somebody set a fire mission and someone on a huey at the GTL ;-)
  14. You can also perform "Lowrider Take Offs"
  15. Why would you want to turn off the aim9? It's like saying i only use the gun for tanks and dont use mavericks cause they look funny. Besides, a dogfight without the growl is not fun! Whenever i hear it the adrenaline kicks in, it's like a battlecry or something like that haha.
  16. With TAD as SOI, slave the cursor over the symbol andd then Hook it with TMS up short. Then do TMS up Long to make it your spi. China FWD long to slave all to spi. Money.
  17. Hi, take a look at this thread: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=144408
  18. :surrender:
  19. Haha way yo spook the new guy. I dont think the control mappings are listed in the manual.
  20. I always use the scratchpad and then press enter. Its way faster IMO, especially for the MSL floor and ceiling.
  21. People are probably going to destroy me but... Franze and Nodunit did an amazing clickable cockpit apache for Arma 2/3... https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/153452-ah-64d-apache-longbow-for-arma2-by-nodunit-and-franze/
  22. 1- press the alt alrt button in the ufc. 2- input in the scratchpad the altitude u want to set as AGL floor, then press enter on the UFC. 3- press the alt altrt again and input the altitude AMSL you want to set as floor. Press enter in the ufc. 4- press alt alert again and enter in the scratchpad the altitude AMSL u want to set as ceiling. Press enter in the ufc. U can also press the alt alert and scroll through altitudes with the data rocker switch in the ufc.
  23. +it's implied but it saves up a couple of "heads down seconds" cause to swap pages with coolie u need to be looking at them!
  24. Indeed, its for doing a mav engagement with the hud. Of course u would need to have a proper mk1 acquisition!
  25. I stand corrected. But i do remember that it doesnt show up all the time, its either having a mav profile selected or ccip mode.
