  1. Yes, Vapour, it is set to ON by the cheat LWin+Home. By the way, I am not the one that calls it a cheat, ED is :).
  2. Hi Icarus2, I originally did not have this problem, the beeping (which is a speaker beep, like in DOS, not through the sound card), and used wombat's script every time. All of a sudden, recently, it started to happen. I am pretty sure the OS is trying to tell me something, but it should be trying to speak English instead, as the beep means nothing to me... :( By the way, a restart clears the problem in my case.
  3. It would depend on how long you flew after loosing both hydraulics, and how much movement you had on the flight controls. What happens in this case is there is a hydraulic accumulator that will provide you pressure for some time, usually so that you have control while trying to put her down after such damage.
  4. Hi AlphaInfinity, You might want to check for yourself, but I am pretty sure 32-bit Vista only recognizes 4GB of memory. Perhaps the 64-bit version recognizes more.
  5. Hi Fakum, I performed a search using the strings "label" and "small" and got this: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=35361&highlight=labels+small Not the solution, but that thread was started a while before yours, and that's probably where we should keep this discussion. By the way, no worries about finding it or not, what matters is you tried the search. Next time, try playing around with search words to see what you get. Best regards,
  6. Hi Paul, Not to worry, mate, others reading it got it ;). I know I did! Keep the good info flowing.
  7. Hey S@uDepp, Let's troubleshoot from the easier to the harder. First off, do you have the K-041 power switch on on the Targeting Mode Control Panel?
  8. LAlt-C will switch your mouse between controlling point-of-view and clickable cursor.
  9. Very cool, abram, good fighting!
  10. :megalol::megalol::megalol:
  11. Hey Brute, Thanks, I have gone through the FAQ about three times and never saw that! But then again, when I can't find the butter in the fridge, my wife will come over and point out to me that it is literally in front of my nose. At least I am consistent :). I'll give this a try and report back.
  12. Hi Talon, Maybe it has something to do with DirectX 10? I am not sure BS uses it, but perhaps...
  13. Hi Ulrich, Yeah, I think that's what littlejohn meant.
  14. Hey diveplane, Thanks for the site, some cool mods in there! I think LIONSPRIDE was simply giving you constructive criticism, don't take it so seriously.
  15. Hi AlphaOneSix, Thanks for the correction, very warranted!
  16. Acedy, Great point, percentage works for both!
  17. Hey 609, No idea, but you could simply install the new OS, and see if the game runs. if it doesn't, then deactivate+uninstall and reinstall.
  18. This is interesting, has this been validated as a bug?
  19. Yep, the SDL (Shadow Discontinuity Line, my personal name for this ;)) happens to me too, I can it on my blades' shadows on the ground.
  20. You also will not hear the EKRAN if your radios or intercom are not on. At least, that's what happens to me if I try and EKRAN Voice Test with radios and intercom off.
  21. Acedy, That's a link to the system requirements, were you trying to show a link to some mods? I am interested :). Thanks,
  22. Hi uhoh7, Thanks for the reply. My problem is that when I trimmed, all I had was forward deflection of the stick. Once trimmed, though, my stick's new center is halfway to the right, and from what I understand, it shouldn't be.
  23. aledmb, As I understand it, we have a compressor RPM gauge, which is on the Right Forward Panel, below the EGT gauge, and we have a rotor RPM gauge, which is on the Left Forward Panel. The compressor (or "engine" to be generic) RPM gauge measures the percentage of RPM of the compressor stages. The rotor RPM measures percentage of main rotor blade RPM. The two are not directly related, as the engine could be spinning at near max RPM, when you have a relatively low rotor RPM due to maneuvering/collective use. This is due to the fact that the gearbox, which drives the main rotors, is connected to the free power turbine. This turbine is called "free" because it is not coupled to the compressors. It is spun by the hot gases that came out of the combustion chamber. In some turboprop aircraft, you can start the engine while holding down the propeller. You will more than likely ruin the engine, but you'll be able to keep it stationary, as the turbine is not mechanically driven. Does that make sense? Best regards,
  24. I have a problem with my MSFFB2 also. I take off, and accelerate to forward flight, while establishing my altitude at 300m. I am now stable, doing 280 km/h. I now hit the trim, and once released my MSFFB2 wants to be centered at a position halfway between the actual center and the right side, very bizarre. Anyone else seeing this?
