  1. Hi. I'm trying to hit targets with Mk83 bombs in CMPTR PLT mode but they miss with a large margin. In picture 1 (Bomb Drop) I am dropping a pair of Mk83 on a AAVP7. In picture 2 (Bomb Hit) the impacts are seen. This error was consistent over multiple drops. It seems the bombs hit the Aircraft Reticle position instead of the Pipper. (this might be pure luck, though) Mk83, and Pair, was selected in the Weapons Panel in the back, by a human RIO. Am I doing something wrong? //Jarl Edit: Did some more testing. Worked well with Jester and later also with a Human RIO. I don't know what, but something went wrong during the above mentioned bombing runs. Cmptr Plt didn't work with Mk82HD bombs either during those sessions. I will return if I find some sequence of events that result in the faulty behaviour again.
  2. I guess they got a bit borked with the graphics engine update. Another thing on the "Things that should get updated on the Huey"-list... :P
  3. +1 on getting this fixed properly. Especially if it's just a config fix that has to be done!
  4. QuiGon hit the nail on the head. It was the slight layer of Fog that interfered ^^ Thanks all for the suggestions. (Distance or A/G mode was not a factor)

  9. +1 Had this once. Didn't seem to influence the aerodynamics. Might be a visual sync bug?
  10. I assume you think I tried to lock the ground shown in the screenshot. The screenshot does not illustrate what I tried to lock. I tried to lock those units and shelters to the right in the picture.
  11. Hello. Trying (and failing) to get the LANTIRN pod to work. (Low, clear conditions, A2G, all set). When pressing "point track" nothing happens. When I press "area track" it goes into "RATES" and it just "freezes" the position of the pod (basically holds heading and pitch of the pod seeker). See attached screenshot. What does RATES mean? I can't find anything on it in the manual. //Jarl Edit: All attempts where made in MP, with me as the Server - attempts where made with me in both Pilot and RIO seat. My mate can get POINT and AREA to work well in SP.
  12. The sound in the video you posted; Is that an example of how it should sound? Because that sound is immensely more pleasant for the ears. It's high pitch, but sounds like it has a bit more modulation, and even a second, smoother, overtone. (I'm 35 y/o with quite sensitive hearing :P )
  13. I, at least, would appreciate some communication about the reason why some units that have been showcased are not released yet =) I would appreciate an insight into the process - helps with the understanding ^^
  14. Possible factor: I've noticed that the music loop sometimes stops working. Can it be related to the sound, instead of the actual wallpaper?

  17. Yes. This is clearly a bug. (Jester bugs out during AAR).
  18. May I suggest you print it in black and white? That way you get some of the issues you list solved. Reworking the manuals for such a niche situation might not warrant the work needed.
  19. A system to save and load keybinding presets, so one can save multiple setups, would be amazing!

  22. Yeah, de-syncs of aircraft states between crew members are common :/ (Net-code issue, for sure - Hire a net-code specialist, ED? ;) )
  23. +1 for a "static target" overhaul. (New damage model for them, amongst other things?) While you're at it ED, fix the render distances on them, so they are beyond 10nm ;) Needed when doing fast strikes with T-pods.
  24. When in MP with a human RIO. No functions work. -Rearming -Ground Electricity/Air -Tanker Procedures I guess it's the multicrew code, but still. It does not work, and the RIO's job, to work the radios, is not possible. :( (I was looking forward to letting the RIO do the pre-contact call for once... :P )
  25. I (as a Pilot) have a similar de-sync experience in MP (human RIO). I can arm my seat. I can't reach the RIO's arming lever. If the RIO clicks my arming handle, it does not move for me. (I can arm it after he tries). When the RIO clicks his arming lever, it does not move for me. When the RIO tries to eject, only I (the pilot) is ejected. The RIO can then still see the Pilot model in the cockpit in front of him.
