Err X52 is Saitek why bring it up here ?
I had TM Uber nxt stick. Nothing but issues with disconnects and broken switches. Went to CH around 7 years ago and never looked back... hasnt missed a beat.
Hmm interesting. I have Auto rudder OFF and have tried the Rudder trim setting in the settings screen Full left and Full right. Doesn't seem to have any actual affect.
In game though do a take off with Control position indicator up. Before Power application Rudder Pedals central as is Rudder position indicator. As you advance power (pedals central) the Rudder position indicator moves to the left.
In flight the requirement for right rudder to keep balanced at the higher airspeeds is good. However there is virtually no requirement for any Left rudder at Low speeds (130-160Kmh) power 800/82%
Set 70% RPM with Throttle and prop pitch full fine. Then Turn of a Mag check the RPM drop is no more than 3%. Put the Mag switch back to both. Repeat process for remaining Mag
No !
Its a last ditch attempt to save a shot. The name FLOOD is just that the are inside the AIM7 circle in the HUD is flooded with PDI in an attempt to give the missile something to home on.
In a FLOOD shot the main antenna is driven out the way to allow the FLOOD antenna to flood the field of view with RF.
As mentioned above a deliberate FLOOD shot is IRL a very low PK shot ... generally considered a wasted missile
FLOOD is not a primary mode. It is a desperation AIM7 Launch mode of last resort. IRL a FLOOD launch is regarded as a super low PK ... virtually a waste of a missile.
All current FA18A-C have the revised Flight control software/firmware that incorporates Pirouette logic. Current FM in DCS to incorporate pirouette logic fully is still under development.
An image of two YAK52's of the World famous Russian Roolettes Formation aerobatics team :) one with a standard prop the other with a two bladed whirlwind and large spinner.

Many Yaks in the west have a 2 bladed Whirlwind prop fitted these have a large spinner. In addition the 3 bladed MT prop as modelled in the Sim irl comes with 2 spinner variants the small one we have in game and a larger much better looking one.
2 Bladed Whirlwind with large Spinner:
And that will also get rid of all your pneumatic air as well :)
Correct procedure is mags off battery off, open manifold drains manually pull prop through.... bit difficult in the sim as there is no ground crew command to pull prop through.
Not so sure what the issues are here. Slow speed handling (Dev version) I can still easily get controllable 50deg Stabilized AOA. On the deck at 360Kts can sustain 7.5G+ till the fuel runs out. at 15K 360Kts sustain 6.9G
As to nose wandering in hard level turns again not seeing this. within reason I can easily hold the VV on the horizon.
I am unaware of any significant recent changes to the FM In Flaps Auto
