  1. Thanks a lot for your feedback. It will take a while to get to part 3 of the series. First, I worked on the Mi-8 campaign in Syria, which is a challenge of a different kind. The number of triggers explodes about all the switches and nops in the cockpit. I hope you will fly this campaign several times in the future; then, there will always be something to explore that you did not realize in the first place. Again, thank you very much for your feedback. This is a very welcome buster to my motivation.
  2. @razer668 I checked the mission 3a. It worked fine for me. BUT: After picking up the U-Boot passenger and heading 230°, the mission ends after two or three minutes. Mission 3b starts right after leaving the sub. It would be best to do nothing except hold the initial course of 230° and your altitude. Frequencies, including the Homing for the friget, are set automatically, and you receive the signal about 1 minute later. So, did you find the sub in the first place and pick up the passenger?
  3. TIPS Note that you are flying the aircraft in trim. The wind correction is included in the specified course. Your course over the ground can otherwise deviate by more than 10° with a crosswind of at least 15 knots, and you will be lost. The frequency for the HOMING signal to the frigate will be found in the flight planning, especially on the kneeboard, where you will find everything you need.
  4. TIPS It is essential to follow the instructions of your commander or air traffic control or ground control. Try to put yourself in the situation as well as possible and behave like a disciplined pilot rather than a curious player hungry for success.
  5. @Talvid You are right. After watching your video a second time, I realized it was made at the end of the mission, not during the first visit to the HQ. In fact, you ordered your aircraft to move to the central helipad at the end and not, as I mentioned before, to the maintenance area. I suggest you do not know my first camping SPRING 2025, the first part of the story, so you need to get familiar with the way I build missions not as a game but as a simulation and that it is essential to act as in a real-life situation as much as this is possible with the Players different levels of experience. Not overflying or avoiding overflying any buildings or gatherings of people in a noncombat situation is one of the basic rules. It is totally unknown and useless if you look at it from a game perspective. I know this sounds easy, but it is one of the most challenging tasks within the campaign. That is why it is so important to listen to and follow the advice given by your commander or any other party on the radio. Another important thing is the direction of the wind. That gives you the direction inbound and outbound of a landing zone and keeps you automatically on track. If you ignore the wind by lats sai 90°, you may miss triggers during approach and departure, such as the information to fly to the ridgeline. All missions were tested a hundred times but under the condition of a simulation and the knowledge of basic procedures and behavior. If you know the simulation side of DCS, please do not be disappointed or frustrated; consider it a challenge and an opportunity to learn a lot about safe and professional operations.
  6. At the beginning of the mission you need to land at the high rise pad. After the hospital helipad you ordered to land at the maintenance center. Please refer to the maps and if needed to the handbook that includes a ditaild description of the HQ. Also if yo like, I can follow you live via discord when flying the mission to give you an idea of how, know how procedures helps. Prior appointment off cause. I also will do a video how a mission looks like in the mission editor, so players get a better understanding what's the needs and limits are for mission creators.
  7. Out of memory. The ship gets activated, when you get close following the homing signal. If you miss the associated trigger zone you may fly into the missen part a finished Trigger. I need to secure that end trigger for part A, so it only get activate after the stop by at the frigett. But without finding the frigett the mission is incompleed.
  8. Thanks. I will check it as soon as possible. Actual flight altitude has no influence. Flying in complete circles around the HQ at a practical distance is essential. It is as close as possible but outside of the boundaries and corners marked by the red containers. If you get overlapping information, it is a sign that you missed the point or did a shortcut. Flying with excessive speeds faster than significantly faster than 80 Knots, Kruse may also trigger close calls overlapping. Checked your Video. As I mentioned before, in the video, you cross over to the HQ to train to save time. I understand the desire to speed up sometimes, but that is not how it works in aeronautics and the army. Anyway, the message " fly towards the ridge" should not be able to trigger before landing in front of the highrise. So I may have missed securing that trigger for unintentional activation, or you tried to skip the dull circles by ignoring them first. That may be possible, but I am not sure jet, by referring to the F-10 Radio menu after landing.
  9. @razer668 SCHLESWIG-HOLSTEIN 41,00 MHz Homing After leafing the sub and welcoming your passengers, your Commander gifs you that info. You may have missed that info. I need to check if you find it on the Kneeboard.
  10. @BIGNEWY Thank you for following the threat and taking care of it.
  11. Unfortunately, I have no influence on the ED store and cannot help in this regard. However, it seems unusual to me that they pay attention to the current status of the DCS installation. The final files are already 8 months old and I see no reason why DCS should be up to date to buy the campaign. Please try again at a later date.
  12. Check the Campaign Vidos on YouTube. Ther you her a lot of radio communications. Also, in the Videos of the first Campaign SPRING 2025. https://www.youtube.com/@lowlevelheaven I used AI voice in the campaign, unlike in this informal video, which is out-of-the-box text-to-speech. In the campaign, any computer-generated voiceover is manually improved. The campaign has been developed for years, with many changes occurring during the process. In this detail, it would not be possible without the help of TTS. This also allows us to make changes and improvements even after release, a nightmare with human voices only.
  13. Your feedback and opinion on the campaign, as well as suggestions and wishes, are essential!
  14. LOCALISATION: TEXTS ARE IN : ENGLISH, FRENCH OR GERMAN VOICE OVERS: CURRENTLY ALL IN ENGLISH DOWNLOAD THE COMPLETE HANDBOOK AND MISSION DESCRIPTION https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3338049/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3338050/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3338052/ WORLDS APART UH-1 Caucasus CAMPAIGN – STORMFRONT STORMFRONT is a story-driven campaign that follows the story of SPRING 2025. As in the first part of the WORLDS APART series, you find yourself in the role of a German Bell UH-1 helicopter pilot serving in the squadron "WOLF PACK," a German Army unit (Heeres Flieger). The Huey is still in service, not least because of its proven capabilities and reliability under challenging conditions. You are part of a crew of four: your commanding officer, Peter Berger, and the two gunners, Hans and Tom. FEATURES As in SPRING 2025, you will fly with others in the squadron, but you will be on your own in most missions. Combined missions with air and ground forces and naval units from different countries provide variety in an otherwise routine life. You'll conduct both unarmed transport and armed patrol and combat missions by day and night. Occasionally, circumstances require you to perform a task regardless of the weather conditions. GENERAL SITUATION Toward the middle of the year, the security situation in the world continued to deteriorate. The three superpowers continue to negotiate with each other but remain on an aggressive course. Although you and your colleagues achieved great success at the beginning of the year, and the situation has calmed down, especially in the south of Georgia around Batumi, the overall condition remains tense. Different countries have their fingers in the pie, and Western NGOs keep independence efforts alive. Economic interests and the desire to secure natural resources have not changed either. Thus, the Black Sea region continues to be a focus of tension and a constant threat to peace in the EMEA region. The overall situation remains very complex and complicated. The rebels within the Georgian army, who are fighting the moderate central government and seeking a violent reunification with the former Georgian regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, are weakened but not defeated. In the regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, some armed forces of the regional neighbors support the Georgian population in their efforts to create a united Georgia. Far-right fascist groups are fighting Russian troops in Abkhazia. Under the auspices of the United Nations, many countries are deploying forces to separate the various competing armed groups. Parts of the German Armed Forces are entrusted with securing the southern part of Georgia and supporting the government forces in their fight to maintain peace and security in the region. In the process, the area of operations is increasingly shifting from Batumi to the north, and the squadron will probably be moved to Kobuleti in the future. YOUR ROLE You and your crew have returned to Batumi after your experiences in the spring. The situation is calm, and patrol flights are the central part of your program. Surveillance and presence. Your task is to support Georgian and German ground forces in securing the Batumi region before being deployed to Kutaisi in the north. Within your unit, callsign "WOLF PACK," you have the supporting part. You fly lightly armed patrols and transport troops and material. Until further notice, your squadron will remain stationed in the Batumi region and the local airfield. Introduction The missions build on each other, and the story evolves from mission to mission. You get all relevant and available information before each flight in the form of March Orders. The kneeboard also includes March orders, flight planning, navigation logs, airport maps, detailed maps, and satellite images. You have direct access during the flight by flipping back through the kneeboard folder. Unexpected things happen regularly, every day. Any additional information you get from other crew members over the radio. Just follow your commander's instructions because he keeps track of things. Information about unexpected things can be found under "Top Secret" on your kneeboard. It is not easy, but we rely on you to do your best to keep the peace. Good luck and always happy landings.
  16. @Dachs You are right; it still does not work or is broken again. I believe it is the second. The good news is. In the Campaign and the missions, there is no wrong cargo. Any cargo you choose will do the job, and there is no need to change one's chosen cargo. I will report the issue to ED right now.
  17. @Dachs Thanks for the info. I will checkt that asap.
  18. In this video we talk about the support you can get or request during the flight from your commander in the left seat and via the F-10 radio menu.
