Hi rogonaut, Excellent glad you like it. I made the V1 a single launch artillery piece so that the missile always shows up on the launch ramp, therefore it is not possible to launch multiple V1s from a single ramp. You could add a second launch ramp to the V1 group for multiple launches. The beauty of this mission is the unpredictability of bombing accuracy leading to a potential launch. Each time you fly the mission it may pan out differently.

Hi All, Currently work in progress,nearing completion: The Mod has to be loaded via JSGME or OvGME and can be downloaded here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11316PzQfI7aNCkuHxKYTJR5ohO12mtg9/view?usp=sharing Simply unzip the downloaded folder and move the following Folders contained within it to JSGME/OvGME: TROOPS_KUZNECOV_PLACEMENT_MOD - Copy TROOPS_STENNIS_PLACEMENT_MOD TROOPS_TARAWA_PLACEMENT_MOD There is one mod for each of the following three Naval Vessels: Stennis, Tarawa, Kuznetzov. They cannot be used in conjunction with one another so you must decide which vessel you want the troops to appear on when building your mission and load the relevant mod via JSGME or OvGME. This is because each deck level varies in height from boat to boat. This Mod can be used in conjunction with both the NATO GF and Animated Pilot Mods. I means you can have moving pilots on the flight decks. I was creating the code for a amphibious vehicle mod and voila. LOL. I think I can now create a mod so that troops will appear on the Tarawa deck at the correct height.I will release it shortly. Cheers.

The ME setup needs to include multiple helicopter groups as well as troops to get this to work without scripting. I have included an example mission as a guide. It contains X3 helos transporting X3 sets of troops. Cheers. EMBDISEMB 3 SHIP.miz

Hi All, Yes it is an AI only Mossie.....I needed something that wasn't currently available within DCS to carry out a mission it was superbly designed for (IMHO). Brought to you by what I consider to be some very talented community modders. I am extremely grateful to them for allowing me access and the rights to distribute it with my mission. It will of course be made available in the form of a complete "MOD PACK" for those wishing to partake of the mission. All you need in a single download. Cheers.

+1 For me any British airframe Jet or Helo is long overdue in DCS. I would welcome the Wessex with open arms. IMHO opinion it would alleviate the monotony of the constant cycle of US and Soviet aircraft and Helos. I am not complaining, whinging or moaning just a simple wish and observation from across the pond. :thumbup:

There is a way to trick DCS into having helos escort Naval vessels but it involves slowing your Carrier Group down to 6 kts max and adding a line to the lua of AI helos. It could be JSGME'd to work.

Hi joojoo, Both the MQ-9 Reaper and MQ-1A Predator can be setup in the Mission Editor to carry out ground attacks. The MQ-1A can use its x2 AGM-114Ks and the MQ-9 its GBU 38s. The flight path to target is a little weird and long winded but that goes for all AI airframes to be fair. I tested both in a mission build this morning (Sunday 24/03/19). Cheers.

Hi too-cool, I decided to make the mod a one shot artillery piece this time around, as I preferred to have the V1 visible on the ramp from the start. So for multiple strikes from one site, you will need a requisite number of ramps. Cheers.
