  3. It can be done when used in conjunction with my troop water spawn mod. 1. Embark/Disembark is usually a land based function only. 2. setting it all up following this video will help. Only tested relatively close to shore so far.

  9. Before I start, this is a suggestion and a potential option only. It could be feasible that the map is shipped with MP Airbase integrated and then add a static object, in the form of terrain that would cover it (The runways/Taxiways/parking slots). The buildings could be removed using the remove objects zones. Particularly for those wishing to strictly adhere to a 1982 scenario. You would have the best of both worlds available then. Just a thought. :thumbup:

  11. As Hardcard mentioned the in game elements can be used no need for scripting. There are options to make your mod work as a FARP, as I have mentioned in another thread. If someone is downloading your mod they may as well download another element that makes it work. Yes IC is impacted but simply switch it off server side. It's not a cheat in anyway but DCS treats it as such. Shame really as all it does is expand functionality and options.

  13. It would be a separate mod that modifies a database lua file via JSGME only. The original mod can still be placed in the saved games folder.
  14. It turns out my theory worked in practice......I adapted an old mod and hey presto, arming without the usual FARP vehicles; as per pic below:

  16. Very odd indeed yes simply JSGME activated. I have noticed on oss occassions that DCS is not loading some JSGME elements at times do a reactivation and see what happens.
  17. It should be possible but I cannot find your mod to download and test the theory I have. If I am correct then it will break the integrity check and have to be loaded via JSGME. Its's a pain but maybe ED will give us modders a break at some stage and allow these things to happen without giving us IC issues. Similar to the saved games facility we have now but for coremods.
