If I want to share my frustration regarding the lack of information for a particular module, for sure I will continue to do it ! As many of us...Because that's the passed and the actual story of the Mi-24 module. Each effect as a cause... A lot of people are waiting some news concerning the Mi-24 project and now we have an announcement that will require human and material resources on a module that is almost 10 years old! I think that only a few people are still flying with the KA-50 (and I am one of them) but I'm not sure that's what the people expect, in any case this is probably not a priority... I am still flying with the KA-50 because, as for now, it's the only real combat helicopter available on DCS ! ED, it's time to wake up and to give us some news on the Mi-24 Hind... Sorry if each months we have the same request...but it becomes a real frustration. You have annouced this module on multiple occassions so...Santa Claus is coming and I hope that he will bring some news in his basket ! I was already hoping that during the black Friday !

Mechanical breakdown is also possible. An helicopter goes to the ground not always after a good hit At low altitude, a failure into the main or in the tail rotor gearbox is often fatal... It could be so simple than that...

Hello Guys, My name's Chris, I'm from Belgium and I live near Brussels. I have 49 years old and I am in the Army (Land Forces) since 1989. I started flight simulation with Lock On : FC, SU-25T, A-10A) more than 10 years ago. With DCS I started with the Ka-50 and then the A-10C. I also enjoyed to fly with the MIG-21. I am now back to the Ka-50. I am waiting since months and months the release of the Mi-24 Hind. Since the first module of DCS (Ka-50), I hope to see the release of the Mi-24. For me the most beautiful rotary wing in the world. I waited so long for the release of the Ka-50 that I decided to follow a real helicopter pilot lessons and after 6 months of formation I received my Private Pilote Licence - Helicopter (PPLH) on Robinson 22. At home I built a KA-50 simpit and I am now thinking to build another one after the possible release of the Hind !

I have updates DCS 2.5.3 just two days ago. All is working fine. I will check the T-90 folder in the DCS tree tomorrow....but I think that the problem is coming from an add-on installed a few days before. I will keep you informed... 12Hr later : problem resolved --> Add-on skin T-90 in my saved games folder (Add-on removed)

I am on DCS 2.5.3 and I have don't have the correct texture for the T-90. Only yellow and green pixels an "Missing texture" written on the sides of the tank. Is it normal or is it a possible conflict after instalation of a specific add-on ? Thx Chris

In mission editor, when I want to place an heliport from the proposed list, I have an error message juste after a short freeze...

Maverick, Alpenwolf and other Hind fans, I was so happy to see your post regarding the non-communication of ED/BST on the status of the Mi-24 Hind module... Since weeks and even months now, I posted several messages on the forum regarding this topic. Only a few answers from Siver Dragon (once again thx to him)... I was thinking that I was the only one begging for some news...In fact not some but just a small REAL news... It's now more than a year that we know that the Mi-24 is still on but that's was the only statement. Different modules were released during last months (F-18, YAK-52,...)and a lot of news have been seen on the forum during all the processes... A lot of people are really frustrated by the mis-communication of ED regarding the expected Mi-24 but that did not generate any reactions from them. I am waiting the Hind since months now, I didn't buy any other module, expecting the release of the Mi-24. I am preparing a simpit on it (I have already one for the Ka-50). I have my private helicopter pilote licence (Robinson 22) and for me the Hind is the most beautiful and powerfull helicopter of the world. Since the release of the Ka-50 I am dreaming of the Mi-24 module in DCS! We don't asking a release as soon as possible but ONLY some informations on the current status of the Hind EVEN if BST is generally giving news just before the release. Not for me. Just downloaded the last version. DCS freezed at 60%. Installed in the right folder as explained in the txt file...

Nearly the same for the Mi-24P...Thankfully not years but yes more than one year! Who knows, maybe next Friday for some fresh news ? Hahahaha

After the Mi-24 (because as we know, the Hind has the priority), the next helo module should be the AH-1 Cobra...BO-105 is also expected...No relevant info regarding other RW. But don't expect the Cobra in the coming months...I am afraid as you, that the Mi-24 gets here later than sooner... Take a look on my previous posts.... Let's wait and continue to hope for some good news before end of 2018...

From BST in July 2017 : In parallel we continue our work on exciting project for fans of combat helicopters - the attack helicopter Mi-24P (was a long time since we pleased our helicopter enthusiasts, and ourselves as developers, by a war machine with rotor dynamics). If a good remember, BST was absorbed by ED or DCS and are not anymore considered as a third party project ? Am I wrong but for me communication should come from ED or DCS ?

Let us first see the Mi-24P "Ghost module" Which seems to be still on track but whitout any details on his current status... Don't expect any upgrade to the Mi-35 in the following years... Which is really sad...

Same for me, waiting next availibility for their Gunfighter MkII. I was in contact with their European contact (Eduard), next shipement is expected for Nov 18. For me It is only one other product that I waiting for : Thrustmaster F-18 Stick...but no news on that product too TM OR KBsim will get my money...Not both of them.... So gents get on work !
