I've played many many games online in which you lose your stats if you disconnect for any reason. It's a PITA but it's not unheard of in online games.

The only thing I have against the wonder woman view in home pits is that it takes away the entire plane not just the pit. Using TIR to look over your wing doesn't work because your wing isn't drawn then. It would be cool but it has it's drawbacks too!

Have you cleared all the axis commands before assigning controls to the various axis' and buttons. The sim will try to auto assign buttons and axis' but the don't always work right and if you forget to clear the commands before you set up your own they will interfere. This was a common issue in Black Shark too.

Nosewheel steering issue? I believe you have to engage nose wheel steering!

I see your point but as others have mentioned we need every option to get more simmers into our hobby. I for one love the full start option but in reality I don't use it (at least in BS), I have far too many things going on in life and anything that gets me in the air faster gives me more time to fly and blow stuff up. I have a newborn baby and time is tight!

I gave up on the slider because of the jitters with the X52. I now have it assigned to a trim wheel but I can do that because I have a separate collective control. Free's up all the X52 throttle inputs for other misc. things!

That would be great but it wouldn't be the same without Wags doing them! Beta testers don't take that the wrong way I just mean I've come so accustomed to Wags as I'm sure everyone else has!

I think the map is based off the Soviet era (not sure really). I've noticed some of that as well, some airfields are civilian now or have half the base plowed over. In some cases you can see the weeds growing through the tarmac! I'd imagine there are quite a few bases not there because of the fact they'd only service small light aircraft with no runway capacity for a larger combat A/C. All just guesses though!
