Your CPU is holding you at 30 FPS. I get 45+ (depending on how busy the scene is) over Al Minhad, see my specs below.

have any of you guys downloaded the fix that was provide two patches ago? Have you read the this thread? The fix is in this thread... Post #17 has the fix.

Honestly, didnt notice a difference. I get 45-70 FPS with my O+ at PD 1.3

yes, he is changing modes and stuff back there (i dont know enough about the RIO pit so say what). this is normal. EDIT: See Spiceman's response below.

their "increase" is probably placebo. Nothing was changed.

I had both Rift and WMR, doesn't bother me any. This is few and far between issue. If you have enough light, you wont ever have it happen.

What about the Index counters SDE? it is the same resolution and is an RGB screen. It will still have plenty of SDE to go around. Am I missing something in the specs?

Well considering it has the same resolution as the Original Odyssey, Vive Pro and the Odyssey+, the index is just another gen 1 - 1.5 headset. Not to mention the Odyssey+ has the Anti-SDE filter which surpasses the original Odyssey and Vive Pro in terms of visuals. Take that for what you will.

To fix this while in game: 1) make sure you have enough light first ( if this doesn't fix it over a few moments go to step two) 2) Alt-Tab to the Mixed Reality Portal window. 3) Click on the buttons on the left that will allow you to setup your room scale / seated position. (I use seated as I only use DCS) 4) setup your HMD for seated position. You will see a button that says "Center". Sit up straight and click it. 5) your HMD should now be tracking normally.

hmm, odd. I havent used the hornet since the Cat came out, so I cant say for sure if this issue is present for me. My buddies have not mentioned anything, and they are O+ hornet drivers as well.

to get the most of the 9700K, get DDR4-3200 CL14. Anything less and you are selling yourself short. Also, 32GB to future proof.
